Denji left the studio, wiping some sweat off of his brow that one of the studio assistants had provided. He had just finished dancing for some video, something overly J-pop, and he needed a break. He hoisted his backpack, and walked to a nearby oden stand and got some oden. He sat down on a bench nearby, and was about to begin eating when he felt something vibrate in his pocket.
"Dang it." Denji muttered as he pulled out the Finder Switch. He quickly ate his oden, then got up and began to see where the Finder Switch was leading him.

It was the weekend, so Hikaru was off school for a couple of days. He had his phone out, wondering whether to get together with some of his school friends or not, when he noticed Denji out of the corner of his eye. Isn't he one of the teachers at school? he thought to himself.

Hikaru put away his phone and began to follow Denji from a distance.

Denji turned a corner and found the source, it being a rampaging Fangire. He looked around to make sure no one could see him transform, and saw nothing. He ducked into an alley and put his Driver on, flicking the switches. "BASE READY" He said, "Henshin." and he threw the lever, hearing " BASE INITIATE" and he walked out, flipping the Shoulder Switch and opening fire, getting the Fangire's attention. |

Hikaru caught up with Denji and saw him henshin to fight the Fangire. He hid behind a corner, and took a picture of the Fangire.

The Fangire turned and hissed at Denji, spitting a long stream of acid at Denji, and behind him, Hikaru. Denji dismissed the Shoulder Module and slotted in Wall, summoning the Module and creating the shield.

Hikaru turned fully behind the corner to avoid the acid, not that it would have made much difference. Now, he took a picture of his own eye. It would have made a powerful flash that would be noticed. That caused the Mars Belt to appear.

Denji noticed the flash, and turned, wondering who was back there. He deactivated his shield, and the Fangire spat more acid, and Denji rolled to the side, dodging the acid, but it went straight for Hikaru's hiding spot.

Hikaru saw the acid coming, and jumped away, right into the alley where Denji and the Fangire were fighting. Hikaru stuck the Mars Chip into the camera.

"Hikaru-san?!" Denji asked, recognizing Hikaru and noticing the belt he was wearing. He then turned back, and got tackled by the Fangire, and it rammed him into the wall.

Hikaru recognized the voice. "Denji-sensei? Is that you?" When Denji was tackled, he placed the camera into the Mars Belt.
"Xing Tian Kai Xia! He Ti!"
KAI XIA, HE TI!
Hikaru transformed and tried to pull the Fangire off Denji.

Denji helped, punching it in the gut until it stumbled off. He said, "Hikaru-san, why are you here? Other than the obvious reason."

"I was gonna meet some friends, Denji-sensei. Then I saw you and thought I'd say hi." Hikaru put the sword Mars Chip in the camera, summoning his weapon.

"Interesting circumstances. Well, since you're here, might as well help." Denji said as he summoned the Cutter Module and charged at the Fangire, which dodged his first attack and spit acid at Hikaru.
