Ahim felt the ship shake, falling into the wall, "Harlock-san," she said, picking herself back up and running.
Basco saw Harlock on his bow. He turned to Joe, "This time he's mine. Stay here."
"Understood."
Basco picked up his trumpet and ran for the way out. He was determined to get out there and kill this man this time.

Basco came up after his grunts, opening fire with his small handgun. It wouldn't do much, nor would these grunts, but this was only for the moment.
Ahim kept running, until she saw someone walking towards her. She slowed down, "Joe-kun..."
"Gokai Change," he said, transforming and firing on her. She shouted and dropped to the floor, "Joe-kun!" she cried out, but he kept coming, lifting his sword as he rushed for her.

"You think that now," Basco said, playing his trumpet, taking on his GoGoV armor and lifting his broadsword to his shoulder, "You'll regret that."
Joe slashed, but Ahim rushed towards him, inside of the sword's reach. He drew his gun up to her chest as she put her arms around him, "Joe-kun!" she cried out as he pulled the trigger.

Basco ran for him, jumping forward and slashing the heavy blade down.
Ahim slumped to the ground. The bullet had just grazed her side, but she was still bleeding, and cut up along her entire right side. Joe's transformation faded as he fell beside her, taking her into his arms and applying pressure, "Ahim...you'll probably go into shock. Just...just keep talking..."
"Joe-kun...," she said softly, reaching a hand up to touch his cheek.

Joe pulled Ahim with him, keeping a hand on her side as they hurried where Ahim directed, and where Joe knew Basco had gone. They were nearly there, to help Harlock.
Basco leapt back, unloading a handful of shots at his foe.

Basco appeared behind him, using his GoGoV and Hurricaneger powers fused together. He slashed his opponent at the back with his wrist mounted claws.
Joe and Ahim had made their way onto the bow, "Harlock-san!" Ahim shouted to him.

"Come on!" Joe shouted to him, "We all need to go!"
"Harlock-san!" Ahim called to him.
A small glow came from both of them; from their Ranger Keys.

Basco was gone. His powers allowed him to vanish and reappear with short ranged teleportation. He ended up away from his ship, landing on the ground below as he saw his Free Joker sliced down, blowing apart.
"We need to go!" Joe called, knowing Basco's powers, "He escaped, no doubt!"

"I did," Joe interjected.
"It's fine, Harlock-san," she said with a weak smile, "It's...minor."

Joe nodded to Harlock, "Nice to meet you, in that case."

The Galleon would be coming into view very shortly. It would give cause for Joe and Ahim to both smile as she slid an arm around him, like he did for her, to keep her wound closed.
