Another Rider of Lightspeed. Rick was curious, since the only one he knew thus far was Ryan. If he was going to be saving lives with others, he needed to know these people, so he had asked Makito to meet him at a bar so they could talk. He currently sat alone at the bar.

Makito was invited to have a drink with a colleague of his, he was also interested in the people he was going to work with, so he went to the bar where he would be meeting up with Rick as he saw him sitting alone in the bar, "Hello Rick" he said with a smile before sitting down.

"It's the best job I could ask for" Makito said, "I always wanted to be a rescurer when I was young, I joined in as many volunteer projects as I could before I was scouted for the Lightspeed Brigade."
