Makito revved up his bike as he raced toward the source of the explosion, all Lightspeed units were to respond to an attack by Kaijins, this was Makito's big moment as he anticipated what was about to happen.

"ALL COMBAT UNITS, DEPLOY! REPEAT, ALL COMABT UNITS DEPLOY!" Ryan's recorded voice echoed over the PA system in the base as Ryan ran in to the room, noticing Makito and said, "Lightspeed-2, you ready to go?"

"Yes sir" Makito said saluting as he got on his bike and revved it before shooting off towards the source of the problem.
