(This is one of two threads that will kick off Nadeshiko Misaki's big plot. As such, the final post for both threads will be an identical joint post between myself, Rei, and Black, which'll tie both of them together and act as a lead-in for other events related to the plotline.)

"I know I'm not doing so well in English right now, but that's because of all the monster attacks recently! They always appear right when I'm about to do the work!"
