Fuuto. Philip had never made time to visit this world's version of the windy city before. The city always held good and bad memories for him. Without the city, he would never have lost his memory, and would never have become a Space Sheriff. Probably.
In particular, there was someone he wanted to meet. Shotaro. The idea of meeting him was always a bit haunting to him, as he had no idea how the half-boiled detective would react to him showing up.
