(Might as well forge ahead with a partial team) Angela ran the final simulation, and everything came through golden, operating at full capacity in every field. She had finally finished one of her biggest projects for Neo (the codename for the overarching project of developing the new zords), the Brigade Liner. Ryan had also called the Rangers together to present the Liner Zords, explain and assign. He was personally quite excited, though a little miffed. There were rumors that the new Solarzord counterpart would be assigned to a new suit, as the Titanium powers had somehow vanished into thin air. Ryan sat in a conference room, feet up on the table, and waited.

Rick entered first, sitting down at the table, "So, what is this about?" he asked.

"Something quite exciting, actually. New Zords. Normally, it would be helpful to have a full team for these things, but I can pilot Red's, and Yellow's should be fine unmanned." Ryan said, fishing a remote out of his pocket and clicking a button, as a screen flickered on behind him, showing the Brigade Liner in the Liner Bay. "This is the Brigade Liner."

"Looks like an interesting Megazord," he said, "A train should be powerful, I'd think."

"It is. It has been upgraded from it's previous model, and it's has a few guns in this form, as well as some upgraded offensive capacities in megazord form." Ryan said.

"And is this stronger than our normal Zords?" he asked.

"Oh yes. About 150% more so." Ryan said.

"That's great," he said, "Can we operate both at once?"

"The Liner carries the Rescue Zords, but we would need to be at the base to RC the Liner. We can't RC the Zords." Ryan said.

He nodded, "I see."

"Also, the Liner can't go everywhere. It's not like one of those magical whatever trains that make their own tracks. At the very least, it needs paved road." Ryan said. "And we need all 5 Rangers active to access the Megazord configuration."

"So what do we do about our missing Rangers?" he asked.

"We find more. I've got recruiters looking every which way for 'em. we've even considered making a new suit for the Neo SolarZord, since my old powers vanished." Ryan said.

"Yes. Let's hope. Where the hell is the Green Ranger?" Ryan asked, looking around. "And speaking of which, where's Henley?"
