Description: Cassie is a light skinned Caucasian woman. She is kinda tall at 5’5, with a slightly thin build. She dresses more practically than for style. She usually wears blue or jeans and tee shirts. The dressiest thing she ever wears is khakis and a button down shirt. On occasion she throws on a black vest or a leather jacket, the former more often than the latter. Cassandra keeps a pair of black, almost triangular sunglasses on her at all times, either in her pocket or on her head. She wears a red Cardinals cap at all times, even when she is supposed to be dressed up. On her left hand is a golden tattoo of three horizontal lines beneath a letter A and above the letters CXVII beneath it.
Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Lycan
Henshin Device/Sequence: Cassie transforms via a blue and white Kivat called Howl. Howl has no memories. The belt used to transform is a simple black band with a perch for Howl. After placing Howl in the belt buckle a blue energy surrounds her, forming the suit while blue crescent moons appears in her eyes.
Forms:
- Kamen Rider Lycan
Appearance: Kamen Rider Lycan is an armor similar in design to Kamen Rider Kiva’s Garulu Form. The most obvious similarity is the blue chestplate, which is basically Garulu Form’s. The suit is all white in the places where there is no armor padding. The armor plating itself is blue and flat, especially on the arms and legs. Unlike Kiva there are no chains on the armor outside of the right leg. The armor is very streamlined. The helmet is the biggest change. It takes the form of a metallic wolf’s head, with the visor being the eyes.
Transformation: Via Howl’s bite
Weapons and Abilities: Lycan’s main form uses a longsword called the Eventide Edge. Physically it is the strongest of the forms.
Finisher(s): Full Moon Hammer is Lycan's main attack. In order to use it she gives the Wake Up Fuestle to Howl to use. After that, the chains on her leg break off and she hits the enemy with a Flying Front Kick. As for Howling Fang, Howl bites the Eventide Edge. The sword then glows with blue fire before Cassie slashes straight through the enemy. - Gargoyle
Appearance: Lycan Gargoyle makes the blue parts of Lycan’s armor red. Her right arm becomes red as well.
Transformation: Using a fuestle, Cassie's armor turns to stone and then shatters. Underneath is Lycan Gargoyle.
Weapons and Abilities: Lycan Gargoyle is the fastest and most agile of Lycan’s forms. It is equipped with a lance called the Stone Spear. Lycan also has almost flash step level speed, but it can be difficult to see while moving.
Finisher(s): The Stone Spear's finisher is called Piercing Claw. Cassie temporarily gains a pair of energy wings that allow her to fly. Then after jumping into the air she slashes directly through the enemy with the lance. - Phantom
Appearance: Phantom makes the blue parts of Lycan’s armor green. Cassie’s left arm turns green as well.
Transformation: Using a fuestle, Lycan momentarily fades into a white mist before reforming into the shape of Phantom Lycan.
Weapons and Abilities: Phantom’s weapon is a pistol called the Death Magnum. This form has the best senses out of all three forms. It can also become temporarily become invisible and intangible, though doing not for more than ten seconds.
Finisher(s): Ressurection Beam is the finisher of Lycan Phantom. Cassie charges her beam attack directly in front of her enemy, before turning invisible and reappearing right behind the target and firing.

- Howl: A strange Kivat who creates a wolfen inspired armor. Howl is the intelligence of the two of them.
Inside Stuff
Personality: Cassie is quite tomboyish. She appears stupid and scatterbrained at times, but she actually very observant. While she isn't the smart one out of the pair, she is very street smart. She's also good with people. Cassie is a bit of a closet nerd. She absolutely loves Shonen anime such as Gurren Lagann and shows like Doctor Who. She's a theater buff as well. Cassie is hot blooded and stubborn. Its difficult to tell her no.

History: Cassie has absolutely no idea. She simply woke up one day on a Japanese subway car with a bag containing Wolf, a Cardinals baseball cap, a change of clothes, and a money card. And yet fighting, Japanese, English, and how to drive a motorcycle were second nature to her. She decided to use her powers to help people, setting up a detective agency she referred to as Hero For Hire. Cassie took on the assumed name listed above in order to file the business licenses and paid for the building with the money card. After doing a bit of digging she did find that her fingerprints were in CODIS under the name Alexandra Cain as well as a draft card under the same name.
Anything Else: Yes I well reveal what is going on with Cassie’s past. Give her time. Also, she is a lesbian.
Sample RP:
Cassie was sitting in her office, her feet kicked up on her desk. To the untrained eye she was simply sitting back and relaxing. But in fact, if you were listening she was actually snoring. Cassie leaned her chair back so far that she accidentally fell backwards. Her shades knocked off of her eyes, and Cassie shakily woke up.
“I’m up I’m up.”
Cassie climbed back up into her chair, pretending she was awake the entire time. She grabbed ahold her sunglasses and placed them onto the table. She flipped through the papers on her desk, trying to find one specific case.
“Howl! Where is the Asakura case?”
“I have it!” Suddenly, a white and red bat flew down from the rafters of the building. It dropped a manila folder down as it flew by. Cassie caught it as it flew down reflexively, catching it so that the papers didn’t fall out. “I was reading it while you were asleep.” Cassie rolled her eyes and flipped through the pages.
“Why isn’t the mother a suspect” Cassie asked looking at a photo.
“Because she despises Gaia Memories” Howl responded matter-of-factly.
“Then why do I see part of a Memory Port on her neck?” Cassie said, pointing out two or three lines of some kind of marking on her neck. “When we talked to her she kept gesturing to cover her neck.”
