The Diver returned, taking more passengers and flying off again as Ren kept his Copter positioned for a few moments, then undid the Breaker, seeing it staying relatively in place. He flew, going in low around the infrastructure, looking for anyone, but seeing no one he flew towards the spout.

Kenji waved as the Diver flew off, and said, "That should be it."
Kai came up the stairs, panting, and said, "Kenji? You're okay?"

The water spout began to roil a little, though the spinning mostly masked it.

Ren observed, lifting his Commander, "I'm not sure how to handle this. Another Rescue Vehicle and Final Rescue would probably work. Or the Turbo Diver."

"Our vehicles don't have any Final Rescues that I know of, and Spark currently isn't strong enough to disperse it. I would say go for the Turbo Diver." Kenji said.

Suddenly, a bolt of water fired out of the spout at the Dive Copter.

"No Final Rescues?" Ren demanded, then took the hit, fighting to keep control, "Misaki! Leave the victims to me, just get Turbo Diver!"
"Roger!" her voice came. She turned the Diver around mid-flight and shot towards Rescue Phoenix, Turbo launched to meet her halfway.

"That I know of!" Kenji yelled. Kai ran down to the Patroller and drove it out a little ways, grabbing an air cannon and firing.
(Do the individual vehicles have Final Rescues?)

(Inventing Time!)
"Kai! Patroller has a Final Rescue!" Mikel yelled through the comm.
"Really? Tell me!" Kai replied.
"It's called 'Aero Barrage', and you need to attach the cannon back to where you found it for it to work." Mikel said.
"Got it!" Kai said as he leaned over the rail and reattached the cannon. "Final Rescue requested!"
"Final Rescue approved!" Mikel yelled as he snapped his fingers and pointed at the screen very dramatically. "Explosively Complete it!"
Kai ran back into the cockpit and began preparing to execute it.

Misaki was approaching with her combined vehicle, "Final Rescue requested!"
She soon received approval, "Final Rescue: Turbo Tornado!" she called, unleashing a large tornado, trying to smash through the spout and absorb it.

"Final Rescue! Aero Barrage!" Kai yelled, and fired off a gigantic blast of compressed air. The two attacks dispersed the water spout, and it settled back into the ocean in a cloud of mist.
Suddenly, the support Ren had fixed earlier gave way completely, and the whole structure collapsed into the ocean. With Kenji still inside.

"Damn it!" Ren flew down, ramming the Copter into the support, trying to force it back into position. "Misaki, Diver has more push!"
"Roger," she answered, flying down and ramming it lightly, trying to push it back.

The collapse slowed considerably, but was still moving. Kai dove into the water at the base of the support, diving about 20 feet and saw something weird. A monster of some sort, looking like a fish-man-hybrid-thing, was wailing away at the support. Kai growled and equipped the Aqua Strike as he charged, swinging for the head.

"I'm under water, defending the base of the support from some.... thing. Aqua 2 is the one who was still inside when the support went down." Kai said, dodging a strike and returning with a punch to the face, hearing a crack reverberate through the water.

"My apologies," he said quickly. How did he get that wrong? Well, he didn't know the Aqua unit well enough, "A-2? Anything wrong inside?"
He would help A-1 soon enough.
