Jasmine opens her license, making a call, then ending it, taking Kaoru's hand. "Come on." she said, heading back to the elevator, holding it for Kaoru and then setting it to go up to the top level, the roof being accessible nearby.

Soon the SPD helicopter would land, and Jasmine helped Kaoru aboard, and got on herself. Then they headed for the Imperial Palace.
