Overview: Saigo is a relatively nice person most of the time, very amiable and happy, always willing to crack a joke or laugh at a joke told by a friend. But his dark side awakens when he enters battle, especially if another Arc user is present. He falls completely silent, and sometimes the Arc takes control (but this is a very rare occurrence). He focuses completely on destroying the monster or the other Arc user, and doesn't stop until he is beaten or the job is done.

Type Of Hero: “Kamen Rider”
Henshin Device: The Arc of Neikos, a black belt that appears to be ancient, and made of stone. It’s smooth, with a wider section at the front and a red stone set in the middle of the wider portion. Lines run along the belt, and these lines emit dark blue light.
Henshin Sequence: He summons the Arc similarly to how Kuuga summons his belt, and crosses his arms at the wrist with his hands open in front of the Arc, and raises his arms above his head. He yells, “Henshin!” and throws his arms down, and the Arc emits a blinding red light. When the light fades, Zephyr is revealed.

Image/ Description: His armor is mainly black, with red lines running along his limbs and chest, and black and dark blue armor on his legs, arms shoulders and chest which appears to blend seamlessly into the undersuit. His helmet is black, with a dark blue portion over his mouth which looks like fangs slightly, red eyes, a silver “crown” starting at his nose and ending just above his eyes, two protrusions jutting backward (looking like this guys's helmet) and a dark blue scarf running down his back in two tails, tied off at his neck.

Fighting Style: He uses a power style, often wading right into the fray and delivering a lot of power attacks to his opponent.

Abilities: Increased strength, speed, stamina, reslience, the works. He also can throw balls of energy or infuse his strikes with energy.
Finisher(s): Neikos Flash- His Arc of Neikos flashes brightly, cloaking his body. Then he can really do pretty much anything, but he prefers a nice theatrical flying side kick. - Form Name: Zephyr ~ Resonance
Image/ Description: Essentially the same, but the red lines are wider and curl around in spirals and strange symbols, his armor grows to cover more of his body, such as his left shoulder plate now sporting three spikes about 3 inches tall, and the right spreading out more. The “crown” on his helmet also spreads out a little more, splitting into two, with one ending on the far sides of his eyes and the other two ending at the top of his forehead. The scarf is longer, and is now silver, with red markings running along it. His leg armor is noticeably thicker, and the stone in the Arc is now dark blue.

Transformation: He yells, “Resonance!” and the Arc flashes, the stone changes color and his armor ripples, revealing this form after about 5 seconds.
Fighting Style: He uses a slower but more powerful style, using the Resonator often.
Weapons: The Resonator, a powerful weapon resembling a guitar but with only two strings, and a thick “stand” on the bottom of the wide area.
Abilities: Same as before, but enhanced, and he can use the Resonator to create small earthquakes, take down large structures, basically anything that can be achieved by matching something’s resonant frequency.
Finisher(s): He can perform Neikos Flash, and he has a new one as well:
Resonance Crumbler- Slams the Resonator into the ground and charges it with the Arc, unleashing an incredibly powerful sonic wave which can literally rip the opponent to shreds.

History
Saigo’s mother died in childbirth, and his dad was a bit of a flake, so he left the baby Saigo at the hospital. One of the male nurses, who moonlighted as a fence for the local mafia, knew that the local boss, Don Marcos, was a little lonely, as Marcos’s wife and child had died in an attack by a rival gang. The male nurse told Marcos about the abandoned baby at the hospital, and Marcos decided to adopt him to fill the void in his life. And so Saigo was adopted and raised by Marcos.
In middle school, Saigo fell in with the delinquent crowd, often skipping school and committing minor crimes like shoplifting. Marcos managed to stop him before it got any worse, and in the period of sulking that followed, Saigo discovered his natural talent for singing. He joined the band and the choir, and got a few friends together to form a band, which soon became FUNKIST. They practiced in Saigo’s garage, and they soon entered and won a local Battle of the Bands competition. They went on to win for several years after that, and they all went to the same college to keep the band together.
They played all throughout college, and became a local sensation among the college kids. When they were juniors, Saigo was approached by a record company who wished to make Saigo and his friends rich. They all immediately accepted, and began recording songs, many of which became incredibly famous, a few going on to serve as opening for anime programs.
When Saigo was 22, Yoko, the band’s flutist and his girlfriend, died of leukemia, and she had never told the other band members. She died in his arms. Saigo went mad with grief and quit the band for a while, and began wandering the country. After finishing his walkabout of Japan about 6 months later, he returned to Tokyo and reunited with the band, and they began searching for a new flutist.
While walking to the townhouse the band shared, he suddenly found himself walking down an alley, and found a strange black belt. As he approached it, it lit up and flew toward him, bonding with him body and soul. He stumbled back, and in the privacy of his room, transformed into Zephyr. At first it was involuntary, but over a period of about 4 months, he managed to gain control of when he transformed, but found he could not completely control the Arc of Neikos, as he learned it was called. He had it about 98% in control. The Arc also programmed a hatred of “other Arcs” into his brain, and he is still trying to figure out what this means.

Sample RP: Saigo leapt off the stage, helped a stagehand lift a heavy amp off of the stage after doing so, and waved goodbye to pretty much everyone he passed by as he left the building. He was a little miffed, as the gig his band had had lined up for a while had just been changed to an opener for some idol group, AK-whatever, but he didn't let that get to him. He walked to the garage, grabbed his helmet where he had left it on the handlebars, and put it on. He got on the bike, slipped the face cover down, revved the engine, and drove out of the parking garage, entering standstill Tokyo traffic. He got caught behind some truck, and put the kickstand down on his bike, waiting.
He heard a scream and an explosion to his left-front, and looked in that direction, looking to see who, or what, it was. It turned out to be a Rinrinshi, Pangolin-ken by the look of it, bouncing around and in general busting sh*t up. Saigo pulled the kickstand up on his bike, and drove between the traffic, ignoring the irate car horns honking as he drove toward the new monster, allowing his dark side to take over as the Arc appeared on his waist.
