Chris then got down on the floor after a moment, touching his hand to his shirt for the moment as he found out he was sweating...his body still wasn't fully used to his potential yet...so he did the logical thing with it. He took it off and tossed it over on the bench.
Then, he started pushups.

Diane's face turned scarlet when Chris removed his shirt, and she tried to look away. However, she could not.

After doing a number of those, he turned over, his body facing towards her view at a angle as Chris started to do situps, his toned chest rippling with each one.

With each sit-up, her face just got redder and redder, and she finally mustered up the courage to look away and get back to what she was doing.

Soon, Chris was done, and he stood to his feet, looking around to see what Diane was doing.

Diane was lifting weights again, one in each hand. They looked heavier than someone of her build should carry, but she lifted them with ease.

Chris walked over, and when she was done he clapped a bit. "Hey, nice one on that Diane." he said with a smile.

Chris was leaned against the side of the bike, and waved to her, producing a spare helmet.
