When Chris added the number of weights he wanted...he pushed up....and was able to do so better than he had before. But he paced himself...pushing the bar up, and lowering it back down...though this allowed her to see the muscles in his arms ripple just a bit with each push

Diane blushed as she watched him, but didn't say anything, making sure to prevent any accidents that could occur.

Soon, Chris sat the bar down, and just looked up at Diane for a moment, resting, her form would be upside down to him but it would look no less beautiful.

Diane looked back at him before leaning down and kissing him without a second thought. She pulled away after a moment, her face now completely red.

His eyes, being faced away from hers, only widened in surprise as she kissed him from her perspective...it was like an upside down kiss...and he liked it.
Still, his eyes followed her form as she stood up, and then sat up himself, blinking his eyes a few times just to make sure he wasn't dreaming.

Chris nodded softly. "Yeah, I remember that. No one else wanted to help me...but I still wanted to follow the family tradition of being a Marine...and I couldn't do that out of shape. But I really am grateful for the help." Chris said
