She is known for a slightly deeper voice than most females, which makes her gender not easily recognizable.

History
Haruhi Fujioka lived a life which, by most other standards, is fairly abnormal. Her father, Ryouji is a crossdresser working at a okama bar, and her mother, Kotoko, was a lawyer before she passed away when she was five. After her death, Ryouji became a crossdresser after declaring that he would never love another woman as she did with Kotoko. The next few years of her life went without incident, save for her father being more overprotective and doting of her, and she slowly became more aware of the fact that gender barriers were pointless, something she fully realized when entering the high-class Ouran High, which she was able to attend via scholarship.
She cut her hair short a day before entering the school, and had purchased a boy's uniform, despite the official records of the school stating that she was a girl. She quickly gained a reuptation of being one of the most intelligent students at the school, showing that her scholarship did not come without good reason, and she gained many admirers. After her graduation, though... Everything would change.
While traveling around, she had a vision. Seven giants spoke to her, telling her that she was chosen to serve as the spirit of the Ultras, and it was her destiny to fight against those that threaten the universe. When she awoke, she found the Saga Brace on her arm, and knowing what she needed to do, she began to act out her duty as the heir to the Ultra Spirit.

Sample RP: Haruhi casually walked through the streets of Dallas, taking in the sights of the American city as she progressed on her quest. "So I have to fight whatever threatens the universe. Sounds simple," she said, looking at her arm. The Brace wasn't there, so she was still unsure whether it was just some weird dream. Before she could delve any more on the subject, several explosions were heard in the distance, and Haruhi ran toward them, looking for the cause.
In the distance, a revived Yokubarido was throwing cards at various buildings, destroying them with ease. "Where are you, Gokaigers?!" he asked. He seemed to be thirsty for revenge. Haruhi arrived on the scene, and the Action Commander turned to face her. "Are you a Gokaiger?" he asked.
"I'm afraid I'm not," Haruhi said, adjusting herself to attack the Action Commander at a moment's notice. The moment she did, the Saga Brace appeared on her arm, and she looked at it. "So it wasn't a dream after all..." she said, raising her arm up and pressing down on it, transforming into Saga. "However... I shall suffice as an opponent," she told the commander telepathicly, getting in a battle stance.
