On April 14, 2012, Shigeru Araki - known for portraying Shigeru Jo/Kamen Rider Stronger - passed away due to complications of pneumonia. To honor this man, the standard skin has been changed for Stronger.
Subs of Stronger can be found here, to anyone interested in seeing him. It should also be noted that Tackle passed many years ago, so both of them are gone now.
One can hope that Toei will use old sound clips from Shigeru for Taisen, but at the least they have been re-running Stronger of late, and posted a card about his passing.
As he once said, as Kamen Rider Stronger:
"The heavens call...The earth cries out...The crowd roars...All calling on me to strike back against evil. Now listen up, villains! I am the champion of justice: Kamen Rider Stronger!"
