Overview: Tetsu is normally calm, and is rarely in his human form when he's in public. Usually, the closest he gets to being in public in human form is tending the bar in Club Clover. When he actually does enter the big, wide world, he's either an Orphnoch, killing people and defeating the occasional hero, or a Rider, killing people and defeating the occasional actual hero. But he has a bit of a short fuse, and he gets pretty damn violently mad. When he's mad, he flips the fuck out and rampages for like an hour, just wrecking shit left, right and center.

Henshin Device: The Gamma Belt, a belt similar to Faiz's but it's green and silver. The Gamma Phone, same deal.
Henshin Sequence: Puts the Belt on, flips the Phone open and types 8-0-7-Enter, and it announces, "Standing By." He throws his hand into the air and yells, "Henshin!" and slams the Phone into the belt and turns it in, causing streams of green Photon Blood to flow across his body, then his armor appears in a flash of green light.

Energy begins to flow from the belt down the Photon Blood vein on his left leg, an he crouches, then performs the standard 555 Rider Kick, creating the drill and all that schtuff.
    
  • Grand Impact- Puts the Mission Memory into the Gamma Shot, and they announce "Exceed Charge." as he fits it onto his hand. He charges, and performs a super-powered punch, destroying the target.
    
  • Emerald Clasher- Puts the Gamma Mission Memory into the Gamma Blazer, and it announces, "Exceed Charge." as he readies gun mode. He fires a circle of shots which have energy cables running between them, entangling the enemy, as he switches the Blazer to sword mode and charges, slashing the enemy into two pieces.

  Transformation: Takes the Gamma Blaster, puts the Phone in and types 8-0-7-Enter. The Blaster announces, "Awakening", activates the Smart Brain satellite in orbit and transforms him into Blaster Form
  Fighting Style: He uses a slow, powerful style, using the Blaster's Blaster Mode to blow the ever-loving sh*t out of anyone attacking him before they come within 10 feet
  Weapons: The Gamma Blaster, a green and silver version of the Faiz Blaster.
  Abilities: His Blaster is incredibly powerful, and he can resist many attacks. He can do something he calls "armor lock", where by locking the joints on his armor, allows him to withstand even a finisher attack. However, the process of locking takes about 5 minutes to complete, and he slowly loses mobility as it happens.

History

Tetsu doesn't remember much of his life before becoming an Orphnoch. All he remembers is he had a bad childhood, and was severely in a massive 6-car pileup when he was a child. He was put into a coma for about 7 years, then died, and resurrected about a day later as an Orphnoch. He sort of wandered aimlessly for a time, going on a walkabout around the earth and just wandering in general.
When he returned to Japan, he was a beggar for a bit, asking for money on the street, but everyone ignored him. For a period of about 6 months while doing this, his rage slowly built up, until he couldn't take it anymore. He transformed into his Orphnoch form for the first time and went on a rampage, killing about 40 people and destroying several buildings. After this episode, he was approached by an agent of Smart Brain, who told him of the prejudice Orphnochs face and invited him to join the Lucky Clover. He accepted, and flew to Chicago, where he got a job in Club Clover both for the free food, the place to stay, and the chance to meet others like him. When he ventured into public, he accidentally killed someone using his ash ability, and had to go into hiding. While in hiding, he discovered he liked being alone, so he decided to never venture into society again.
This solitude promise eventually drove him mad, and gave him a sadistic streak a mile long and twice as deep. He often started smacking around ornery customers just for the hell of it, and managed to keep his regulars under control by establishing a reputation as one bad motherf*cker. One day, while tending the bar, the very same representative who had invited him to join the Lucky Clover brought him an attaché case with the Gamma Gear inside, and basically gave him free reign to do whatever the hell he wanted to do with it. This was a whole new world to Tetsu, as he gained the ability to pass off as a hero, and kill people just for the hell of it. He still has yet to actually transform though, but he has used the Blazer extensively.

Sample RP: Tetsu was whipping up a drink for one of the customer, a rather lovely woman wearing surprisingly little clothing, given how cold it was at that time of year. He added the final pour of vodka, and said, "Here you go."
"Thank you." She said, smiling, then walked over to one of the tables and started drinking. Tetsu started cleaning some glasses, and about 5 or so minutes later, heard a commotion. He put down the glass he was cleaning and looked up, noticing that the woman he had served earlier was being harassed by a group of large men dressed like bikers.
"Hey, lady, calm down. We just want to take you home, have a little fun." One said.
"Hey, meathead." Tetsu said, and all four turned around. One walked up to him and shoved his face into Tetsu's.
"You got a problem, shrimpboat?" The guy asked.
"In fact I do. She obviously is objecting to your definition of fun, so leave, before I make you." Tetsu said, cracking his knuckles and clicking his tongue. A few of the regulars scooted away and started searching for cover.
"Oh, shrimpy here thinks he can beat me!" The guy said before starting to laugh. He stopped when Tetsu grabbed his throat in a vice grip.
"I. Said. LEAVE!" Tetsu yelled as he lifted the guy clear off the ground and threw him out the door of the bar. And the door was closed.
"Anyone else want to try me!?" Tetsu yelled, looking at the other three guys. They looked at each other, and all three left as fast as possible.
