Tsukasa tutted as he walked, sauntering through the street in the middle of the night. He was as sinister as he looked, his belt still strapped on and his Ride Booker patting his hip.
"Come on... Riders." He growled, firing off randomly into the air before shooting out some streetlights.

"Doron! Doron!" a near bored voice echoed in a close ally, Arc Kivat flew out and started hovering around Tsukasa, "Looking for riders too, Doron?" he said before flying upward into the dark and out of sight. Down the street Yuichi walked with his good shoes echoing the streets, "Sounds like you and I could get along, Decade." he said stopping a few feet from Tsukasa.

"I make no friends." Tsukasa sneered, etching into the walkway with his sword. "Only corpses." He lifted his sword at Yuichi, to make him stay.

"I never once said friends....more along, allies. I have my own reasons to see that all Kamen Riders and the Super Sentai are dead. I have resources that can see to it that we can make that possible, consider the idea. These Kamen Riders take too much of your time as it is, together we could rid the world of them forever and split the world among all others who wish to see their death." Yuichi said taking his hand and slowly slid his index finger down the sword, "I'm no fool, I know that you're powerful which is why I think we should help each other."

Tsukasa lowered his blade, balancing it lightly in three fingers.
"You think I need you?" He sneered, popping open the Ride Booker with his thumb. He jumped back and slashed at the air in front of Yuichi as cards flew out. Several tens of of the Heisei Riders fell out, falling to the ground. He had more than enough copies of most riders, and those were only the ones he had bothered to keep.
"I've cleared world after world of Kamen Riders... And it's great that you should show yourself." He said evenly, swinging the blade down on Yuichi's shoulder.

Yuichi sighed seeming uninterested even as the sword was swung toward him, Arc Kivat flew in from the side to catch the sword in its mouth, "I'm sorry that you feel that way." he said as Arc Kivat spun around trying to knock Tsukasa's sword to the side giving him time to fly to Yuichi's belt and attached himself to it. "Henshin..." Yuichi sighed as the Arc emblem appeared in front of himself, the emblem backed toward Yuichi then shattered and the shards covered his body and melted together and shaped into his Arc form. "I was hoping you were smarter than this."

Arc glanced over to Damien, "Hm? Ah, a reasonable man I can see. For a human I must compliment your fantastic choice in garb" Arc said turning away from Tsukasa, "However I must ask who are you?"

"Metahuman? Then I suppose that you are not a member of the Super Sentai nor a Kamen Rider." Arc responded approaching Phantom, "I suppose that I should feel honored that I have gained the attention of another being."

Arc stood staring at Damien, "How fortunate, I come searching for Decade asking for his help in such a quest and I get asked to join anothers cause which has that as their objective. Hahaha! I like you!" Arc laughed extending his hand, "I'd be a fool to turn down such generosity!"

"I've done a backalley deal with you before." Tsukasa sneered, keeping his steel in hand. "I have no quarrell with you, but you interupted me." He said to Damien, scratching the road with his sword again.

"I don't trust you." Tsukasa snapped, looking at him. "I'm only here because... They can help me find targets. They're strong and I know it. But you... I have no reason to trust you."
