Overview: Dylan is the near complete opposite of his older brother, being much more orderly and hating buttery toast. He retains the tendency to ramble, though, and is perfectly willing to do that.

Type Of Hero: Dekaranger
Henshin Device: SP License
Henshin Sequence: He thrusts his License out so it's sticking out toward the left, and says, "Emergency!" then he pulls the License back in then sticks it straight out, yelling, "Dekaranger!" and pushing the button on the top, opening it and summoning his armor. At first, his armor is colorless and lacks a helmet, but the body soon “shatters”, revealing the color as his helmet forms.

Fighting Style: He uses a rather acrobatic style, often leaping off of things and attacking in mid-air.
Weapons: He has two D-Sticks and a D-Knuckle, which he can combine to form the D-Spread, a one-handed shotgun-type weapon.
Abilities: He moves very fast, he has increased strength and resilience.
Finisher(s): Concentrated Shot- He charges the D-Spread and holds it forward, yells "Strike Out!" and fires a burst of shotgun shells, but the buckshot stays clumped together, maximizing damage to one target. - Form Name: DekaOrange SWAT.
Image/ Description: His normal form, but with all of the trappings of SWAT form, like the stuff on the helmet, the chest plate and the leg braces.
Motif: SWAT, Police

Transformation: He holds his SP License out and says "SWAT Mode on!" and it summons all his stuff.
Fighting Style: He is much slower, and relies on shooting much more.
Weapons: The D-Revolver, the same as what the other Dekaranger use in SWAT Form
Abilities: He can fall great distances because of the leg braces and the chest plate increases his resilience. He can see heat signatures and the like through walls because of the sensor array on his helmet.
Finisher(s): He can perform the standard SWAT Mode finish, where he puts his SP License into the D-Revolver and fires a powerful shot.
Mecha Name: DekaCopter
Type Of Mecha: DekaMachine
Image/ Description: A gigantic helicopter, like this, with “wings” on the sides, like an Apache helicopter, each of which have a Gatling gun and missile batteries, with 20 missiles each.
Motif: Helicopter, Firepower
Abilities: The missiles are heat-seeking and can also have targets manually programmed into them, his guns are calibrated to fire at the same thing his missiles are firing at unless told otherwise, and he can drop grappling hooks to pick up other DekaMachines.
Mecha Name: DekaCopter Robo
Type Of Mecha: DekaMachine
Image/ Description: The rotors on the front stop and retract, flattening against the body of the copter. The back end splits down the middle and the back rotor blades flatten against the back of the newly formed legs, while the armaments move up to the front and the wings flatten against the sides. Two arms extend out of the sides, and the front end splits, revealing the head while the guns move up onto the shoulders.
Motif: Robot, Helicopter
Abilities: The guns work in the same way, and it can also attack with it’s hands and feet, as well as pop out the rotors and fly with them.
Finisher(s): Copter Overload- Braces the Robo, and yells, "Copter Overload!" and fires everything he's got, obliterating the target.
Other Equipment:
- The Machine Shepard, his motorcycle, which is rather similar to Bridge's and is technically police-issue, but for all rights and purposes, it's his. He keeps his SP Shooter in the container on the back.
- His SP License, which proves that he's a SPD officer, he can use it as a phone or a recording device, and can use it to judge the guilt of the accused.
- His SP Shooter, a small, weak pistol, better for getting the attention of a criminal than actually hurting him.
History
Dylan was born a few years after Bridge, and is also bilingual, and psychic, but his powers manifested much differently. When he was about 7, he and his brother were walking when a monster attacked a nearby building, causing debris to fall toward them. Dylan's powers manifested in that moment, allowing him to throw up a shield and save himself and Bridge. This saved them, but it also trapped them, creating a dome of rubble around them several meters thick. His powers manifested further, and Dylan walked through the rubble, letting the rescue workers know they were alive, and they dug out Bridge in a little under an hour.
Dylan developed very differently from Bridge, becoming the more level-headed brother, while Bridge you all know about. He was very calm and got good grades, and was always fascinated with the SPD as a kid. He graduated college early at age 19 with a major in law and law enforcement, and joined a law firm for a year. He soon decided that being a lawyer was a bit boring, and this was mainly influenced by the fact that he was pretty much nothing more than a paralegal since he had no experience in the courtroom, and he witnessed a battle between the Dekaranger Robo and a Kaijuuki. He applied and joined SPD about two months later.
When he was working for SPD, his status as an ESPer was soon discovered, and he received a letter from Commander Reimon stating that he was being considered to become a Dekaranger. When he went to the tests to determine whether he could join, he was a bit shocked to find Bridge proctoring the test. Nevertheless, Dylan passed with flying colors and was given his new uniform and his License, becoming DekaOrange.

Sample RP: "Okay, so where do I go for the test?" Dylan asked the guy at the front desk.
"What test?" the guy asked in reply.
"The test to become a Dekaranger. What other test could I be talking about?" Dylan replied.
"The one to become Tokukyou, the one to obtain SWAT Mode..." the guy went on, but was cut off by Dylan raising a hand.
"Fine, I get it. Now, where's the test to become a Dekaranger?" Dylan asked again.
"Down the hall, first turn to the left, it's the third door on the right." the guy said, pointing down a hallway behind him.
"Thank you." Dylan said, and walked down the hall. When he reached the door in question, he knocked, and walked in. When he looked in, he saw the absolute last person he expected to see.
"Bridge?!" Dylan asked incredulously.
~about an hour later~
Dylan walked back out, with a bag in one hand. In the bag was his new stuff, his SP Shooter, his SP License, his uniform, all that good stuff.
"Awesome!" Dylan said, looking into the bag and admiring. He pulled out the SP License, and admired it for a moment, then walked back outside, catching a taxi and riding back to his apartment. He went in, and changed into his new uniform, and admired himself in the mirror for a moment, then returned it to the bag.
