Hero Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Watcher
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: The Eternal Watcher, a brace which looks like a Chrono Changer but the silver is black, and the panel is replaced by a slot for a Domus Crista, laying flat against the brace, as well as another on the side.
Henshin Sequence: Hits a button on the side of the Watcher, and the main Crista Slot pops up. He pulls out a Crista, usually the Night's Watch Crista. He puts the Crista in, turns it, and yells, "Henshin!" and slams the slot flat against the Watcher. A black cloak falls onto his body, then absorbs into his body, forming his undersuit and helmet, then the rest forms for various forms.
Forms:
- Form Name: Watcher Form
Image/ Description: His armor is mainly black, with a helmet resembling Skull except the lower part is covered by a metal "jaw", like on Fire 2, there is a engraved raven's head with the beak pointing down situated above and between the "eyes", and he has a black hood draped over the helmet. His chest plate is black, with silver "ribs" running along it, which reinforce it and increase protection. His arms have black chain mail with silver and dark blue bracers and gauntlets, with knuckle guards resting against the backs of the hands. His legs are black, with dark blue boots with steel toes and silver greaves. The whole ensemble is covered by a black cloak, with loose sleeves over the arms.
Motif: Night's Watch, Armor, Night
Color Scheme: Black, Silver, Dark blue
Transformation: He places the Night's Watch Crista into the Watcher. After the undersuit and helmet forms, a raven appears in the sky above him, and flies down, then wraps his wings around him, forming the armor and cloak.
Fighting Style: He uses a straightforward style, almost never using his bare hands and never backing down.
Weapons: He uses a straight sword, with a wolf's head on the pommel called Longclaw in this form, as well as steel knuckle and toe guards. The wolf's head on Longclaw can open to reveal a Crista slot.
Abilities: His senses of sight and hearing are increased exponentially, and he can fade into the shadows. His sword can cut through quite a few things, and his knuckle and toe guards can increase his striking force by almost 25 times.
Finisher(s):- Burner- Puts the Crista Vulnus into the pommel, and the blade bursts aflame with blue and white fire. He charges, spins, and slams the fiery blade into his opponent, destroying it. Most notably, he says nothing while he performs the attack.
- The Conclusion of the Watch- Places the Crista Watch into the auxiliary slot on the Watcher, and he begins to recite the oath of the Night's Watch. As it does, he goes through the various stages of the attack.
"Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory."
He crouches, and dark energy gathers around his feet.
"I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls."
The sky darkens, and a crescent moon shines down on him.
"I am the fire that burns against the cold, the light that brings the dawn, the horn that wakes the sleepers, the shield that guards the realms of men."
His feet are set ablaze in blue flame, and he leaps into the air.
"I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all nights to come."
He performs a backflip, remains upside-down in midair for a few seconds, then finishes the flip and drives his foot into his opponent, destroying it. This finish is extraordinarily powerful, capable of destroying an incredibly powerful enemy and breaking any shield. The trade off is his transformation undoes immediately after finishing, and he passes out for at least 2 hours.
- Burner- Puts the Crista Vulnus into the pommel, and the blade bursts aflame with blue and white fire. He charges, spins, and slams the fiery blade into his opponent, destroying it. Most notably, he says nothing while he performs the attack.
- Form Name: Baratheon Form
Image/ Description: His armor is now mainly gold, with a helmet similar to Watcher but without the jaw and hood, and he has two 7-point gold elk horns sticking out of the top of the helmet. His chest plate is very thick, with a black stag's head emblazoned on it, and silver chainmail on his arms and legs, with gold bracers and greaves. The Dragon Slayer is slung across his back.
Motif: Stag, Royalty, Armor
Color Scheme: Gold, Black, Silver
Transformation: Puts the Crista Baratheon into the main slot on the Watcher and closes it. A gold spectral elk leaps out of the Watcher, looks badass for a moment, then leaps back, fusing with his armor and forming this form. Upon finishing the transformation, he poses, and says, "Ours is the fury."
Fighting Style: He uses a very powerful style, using a lot of power attacks and one-handed strikes with Dragon Slayer.
Weapons: Dragon Slayer, a great one-handed warhammer with a gold head and what appears to be a simple wood handle.
Abilities: He is incredibly strong, and his hammer can smash through or break pretty much anything.
Finisher(s): Fury's Final Call- Places the Crista Calcitrare into the Watcher, and brandishes the Slayer as his boots and the Slayer begin to glow. First, he throws the Slayer Thor-style, breaking any residual armor the enemy may be wearing and stunning them, then he charges forward and performs a tornado kick, destroying the target. - Form Name: Stark Form
Image/ Description: His helmet is much the same, but the jaw has returned and he now has spikes ringing the top of the helm, like a crown. His chest plate is white with a silver snarling wolf's head emblazoned on it, and the chain mail is black. His bracers and greaves are dark blue, with white trim and finger tips.
Motif: Wolf, Ice
Color Scheme: Black, Silver, White, Dark blue
Transformation: He puts the Crista Stark into the main slot on the Watcher, and a grey spectral direwolf leaps out, snarls, and leaps back, fusing with his armor and forming this form. Upon finishing the transformation, he draws Ice and says, "Winter is coming.".
Fighting Style: He utilizes Ice's length to keep his opponents at a distance, with long sweeping strikes.
Weapons: Ice, a great two-handed great sword forged of near unbreakable steel, with a slot for a Crista in the hand guard.
Abilities: He can create and manipulate ice in many ways, and can enhance his powers with the Crista Glaciem.
Finisher(s): The North King's Will- He places the Crista Vulnus into Ice, and the blade glows white, while a sound like cracking ice can be heard. He screams, "The King's Justice has fallen!" and charges, cleaving the target in twain down the middle. - Form Name: Greyjoy Form
Image/ Description: The eyes on his helmet are now spiky, like FangJoker, and his shoulder and knee plates are also spiked. His chestplate is black, with a gold kraken on the front, with it's tentacles stretching down his left arm and both his legs. His bracers and greaves are black, and the mail is teal
Motif: Kraken, Ocean
Color Scheme: Teal, Black, Gold
Transformation: He puts in the Crista Greyjoy, and a gold spectral kraken appears behind him, and wraps it's tentacles around him, then absorbs into his armor, forming this form. Upon finishing, he poses and says, "I do not sow."
Fighting Style: He uses a fast and furious style, never stopping the attack and breaking through his enemy's defenses quickly.
Weapons: The Drowned Lance, a trident that appears to always be wet, with a slot for a Crista at the base of the head.
Abilities: He can walk on water, swim at high speed, breathe underwater, and manipulate water to a limited degree.
Finisher(s):- The Final Plunder- In order to perform this finish, he needs to be near water. He places the Crista Greyjoy into the Lance, and the head begins to glow. He holds it in his left hand (that's important) and water begins to spin around him, obscuring his legs and lifting him into the air. With one blast, the water catapults him into the air, and he drives the middle trident point home into his enemy's head.
- Iron Crusher- He places the Crista Ictus into the Watcher, and his left hand begins to glow gold. He charges forward, spins in transit, then drives his fist into the target, obliterating them.
- The Final Plunder- In order to perform this finish, he needs to be near water.
- Form Name: Lannister Form
Image/ Description: His armor is now red mainly, and his helmet is one of two helmet designs that differ from the majority, this one being similar to Rio's helmet but the colors are switched, and the visor has two black circles where his eyes would be. His chestplate is red, with a gold lion's head emblazoned on the chest and and fur around his shoulder plates. His armor elsewhere is very thick, being mainly red with gold trim, and a dark red cape on his back.
Motif: Lion, Power, Strength
Color Scheme: Red, Dark red, Gold, Black
Transformation: he puts in the Crista Lannister, and a red spectral lion leaps out of the Watcher, roars, and leaps back in, forming this form. Upon finishing the transformation, he stomps, throws his head back and yells, "Hear Me Roar!".
Fighting Style: He uses a powerful style, putting great force behind his blows and almost never blocking.
Weapons: Lion's Paw, a gigantic double-headed battle ax, mainly gold with a design like a lion on one side and a design like a crown on the other. There is a slot for a Crista just above where the handle ends.
Abilities: He is incredibly strong, but not as strong as Baratheon Form. This is made up for by his ability to manipulate fire, and these powers can be enhanced by the Crista Ignis.
Finisher(s): Roaring Victory- Places the Crista Vulnus into the slot on the Lion's Paw, and the blade bursts into flame. He leaps into the air, and slams the axe into the ground a few feet in front of the enemy. There is a pause, then a massive column of fire and magma erupts directly beneath the opponent, burning them into nothing. - Form Name: Arryn Form
Image/ Description: His armor is now mainly a light blue color, with the helmet still resembling Skull's, except there are no grills on the face plate, and the black is light blue. The chestplate is blue, with a white circle and a blue hawk inside the circle, spreading it's wings and forming his shoulder plates. The Claws are folded against his arms and his armor is in general very light, offering not very much protection.
Motif: Hawk, Speed
Color Scheme: Light blue, White, Black
Transformation: He puts in the Crista Arryn, and a blue spectral hawk flies out, cries, then wraps it's wings around him and absorbs into his armor, forming this form. Upon completion, he spreads his arms, rises a few feet into the air, and says, "As High as Honor."
Fighting Style: He uses a very fast and furious style, focusing on overwhelming his opponent's defenses and defeating them quickly.
Weapons: The Honor Claws, a pair of claws mounted on his arms, similar to OOO's Tora Claws. The Crista slot is about halfway up his left forearm.
Abilities: He can move at incredible speeds and fly for short periods of time, though it's really more like super-duper-enhanced jumping. Unfortunately, he can't take much punishment.
Finisher(s): Eyrie Moon Drop- He puts the Crista Vulnus into the Crista Slot on his arm, and the Claws begin to glow. He charges, kicks the opponent into the air, and leaps into the air after them. He slashes them into ribbons, his arms becoming a blur, then he drives both sets home into the target's chest as they land, pulverizing the target. - Form Name: Targaryen Form
Image/ Description: This form is mainly black, and it's helmet is black, with red jagged eyes like on FangJoker and two protrusions like dragon wings sticking out of the sides. His chestplate is black with a red dragon on it breathing fire down both arms, and his armor is still very thick. The rest is black with red trim, and the dragons usually simply fly around him.
Motif: Dragon, Fire, Power
Color Scheme: Red, Black
Transformation: He uses the Crista Targaryen, and upon closing the slot, a massive three-headed crimson spectral dragon flies and breathes three streams of flame, then merges with his armor, forming this form. The flame turns into the three dragons, and when he finishes the transformation, he poses and yells, "Fire and Blood!"
Fighting Style: He uses all his powers all at once, destroying his enemy before his power ends.
Weapons: He has no weapons, but he has 3 small dragons, one that is cream and gold named Viserion, one that is green and bronze named Rhaegal, and one that is black and red named Drogon. Each one has a Crista slot on it's back.
Abilities: This is his ultimate form. It is capable of full flight, strength greater than Baratheon Form, speed greater than Arryn Form and complete control over fire and ice. The trade-off is he can't sustain this power, and usually collapses after about 6 minutes.
Finisher(s): The Dragon Lord's Apocalypse- he puts the Crista Ignis into Viserion, the Crista Glaciem into Rhaegal, and the Crista Targaryen into Drogon, and the first two are engulfed in their respective element, while Drogon is engulfed in black fire. Joffrey charges, and stuns the opponent, then Viserion and Rhaegal both freeze and burn the victim, and Drogon finishes it by breathing a long, powerful stream of black fire which destroys the target body and soul.

History
Joffrey was raised in the Night's Watch, having been simply found on the doorstep of Castle Black as a baby. He learned how to fight at a young age, and at age 8, was able to fight just as well as anyone else in the Night's Watch. He petitioned Lord Mormont, until Mormont relented and he became the youngest Ranger in the Night's Watch at age 9. He proved his skill by beating the ever-loving sh*t out of three other newly inducted Rangers in a fight all at the same time.
When he was 12, he was dispatched to counter his first Wall breach, and went up against the beast with 5 other Rangers, including Pypar, a friend of his. The monster handily dispatched the other four Rangers, but not before they managed to drive it back beyond the Wall. However, Joff wanted to avenge the deaths of the other Rangers, so he engaged it in single combat, ignoring Pyp's protests. The monster gave him his scar and destroyed his left eye, and Joff was pretty much done for until his hand began to glow. The Watcher appeared around his wrist, and the Crista Watch appeared in his hand and he transformed, killing the beast with little effort.
Joff began researching this power in the annals of the Night's Watch, and found that there were Cristas for many of the great houses of old. He immediately began searching for more of these, and 5 years of searching resulted in all the Cristas except for the Lannister, Targaryen, Arryn and Aqua. He is still searching, and is one of the most skilled Rangers in the Watch, so much so that it is widely believed among the Watch that he'll be the next First Ranger at the very least, possibly even Lord Commander.

Sample RP: Joffrey stood in the training yard, facing a wooden practice dummy, Longclaw in his hand. He grunted and charged, launching into a long, complicated flurry of advanced sword techniques, lopping off both of the dummy's arms and legs, chopping it's torso in two, and cutting it's head into three pieces. All before the first severed arm had even hit the ground.
He stumbled back to his chamber, tossed Longclaw in it's scabbard to one side into the corner, and flopped onto his bed, sweating like a pig. He had worked himself incredibly hard in the practice field, harder than usual for some reason, and wanted some rest. He looked at the Watcher on his wrist, and quietly asked, "Why me?"
"Because you are the best of us, and you know it." he heard someone say. He looked up and saw Pyp standing in the doorway, leaning casually against the doorjamb and smirking.
"What do you want?" Joff said, laying back down.
"I wanted to see what you were doing. I see I caught you in the middle of some self-reflection." Pyp said.
"Shut up." Joff said.
"If this is the beginning of one of your phases, I'm gonna leave." Pyp said.
"It might or might not be. I can't really tell when they begin." Joff said.
"Yeah, but everyone else can." Pyp replied.
"And they are none too shy to point it out." Joff replied, eliciting a chuckle from Pyp. They would have continued talking, but they were interrupted by the sound of a war horn. Joff bolted to his feet and grabbed Longclaw, while Pyp was already gone. That horn meant a breach, and breaches were never good news.
