Overview: Psycho Marvelous is a rather complex individual. While he normally acts affable, he hides a hidden bloodlust that is masked by his affability. However, he does have a soft spot for children, and he'll never kill one, regardless of whether the child is a strong opponent, and still grieved over. He isn't exactly Psycho-SHOCKER material... but he killed the other candidates.

Name: Psycho Rider Black Berserker (Psycho Black)
Type Of Hero: "Anti-Kamen Rider"
Henshin Device: Phantom Belt - A black and white henshin belt with a spinning black N in the middle.
Henshin Sequence: Like most Kaizo-Ningen, He doesn't actually have one. He reveals his belt which simply spawns his armor around his body, and his helmet pieces appear in his hands. He places the top of his helmet over his head and then affixes the mouth piece. When it is complete, Black Flames appear fusing the armor and helmet.

Weapons: Psycho Sabre and Psycho Gun - A black and gold flintlock and scimitar, much like the GokaiGun and GokaiSabre. In addition, he has his own weapons.
Abilities: He has superhuman power, strength, resilience, speed, and agility along with his natural abilities. The Psycho Riders also have the ability to run as fast as a light blur, leaving only light trails of there respected color.
Finisher(s): Psycho Wave - Blast and Slash: Creates an energy blade from his sabre, then fires a shot from the gun at it to increase its power.

History
Captain Marvelous was once the captain of the GokaiGalleon alongside his crew, fighting the Zangyack Empire after his mentor sacrificed his life to do the same. However, his days of pirating came to an end when Kiaidou came into the picture a second time, and killed his entire crew, including the woman he loved. He spent a year training in order to get revenge on that being... When he finally did, he mananaged to easily destroy him... And then the rest of the Zangyack Empire within the week. But he still wanted more. He wanted a stronger opponent to fight... His battle against Kiaidou made him a warrior out to fight the strongest... and that's what he set out to do.
He eventually encountered Psycho-SHOCKER, but he wasn't made to join initially. It took following them across the multiverse and killing numerous of their potential candidates for Psycho Black for them to finally let him enter their ranks. For them, they saw a powerful warrior. For him, it's just a means to an end, to fight the strongest, knowing that he must eventually fight against those in his own organization... And all the better when he does.

The Basco that stood between two others smirked in return. "You seem surprised, Marvey-chan," he told him. "After all, you've gotten... too powerful. And the only way I could stop you was more of me fighting you at once."
"Heh. You wouldn't even be a waste of my time. You can't win with those numbers..."
"Why not?" Basco asked.
"Because three Basco's is still not enough." With that, Marvelous and the Bascos all charged at the thre Bascos, drawing his weapons.
