So, what do you guys do for working out, if anything at all? I did P90X, twice. Currently I'm doing a second rotation of Insanity, and loving the results. Of course, have to watch what you eat, so I cut out all soda and junk, eating a high protein diet. Insanity, for anyone interested: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLK28BHJDd8

I'm one of the few people who actually shows up to PE (It's ridiculous how many people skive it, seriously the cool kids have started going to PE just to go against the flow). I have dumbells which I use if I ever get super-angry at someone and want to burn off steam. Of course since I don't have a drivers license and my bus pass expires in about six months I've taken to walking everywhere.
I'm vegetarian so I get most of my protein from fish (Yes, yes, yes that makes me pescitarian but I really don't care about terminology), lentils and most vegitarian meat (Quorn, Linda McCartney etc.) have a lot less fat than normal meat.
Ooh hey look at that 1,111th post

Started taking in around 1000 calories a day under a new program; 10 Minute Trainer. A guide is in the program about what to eat every day and what DVDs to do each day, things like that. I don't follow the food, since that's a bit hard, but I am looking at everything I eat now for calories.
At this point, I may very well be burning more than I take in, which is not a good thing (well...I mean I'm burning excessively more, I think; bad to do that), but despite sore legs from Lower Body the other day, I feel great; seeing results from cutting back on calories (even if only by maybe 500, now that I look at them more closely), even though the exercises are less intense. Interesting.

I've been doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid for the past ten or so weeks, with this being the middle of the first of my last four weeks. It hurts, but I love it.
Nearly 100 pullups of all different sorts on Fridays, my back kills me from the intensity, but it's a good hurt.

My results from my hybrid, I am very, very pleased that I could finally get that last bit of refinement.
