Overview:
Rina is smart and skilled, someone who can be trusted on in the field. She trusts others, but only truly those she’s fought with in the past. She has trouble trusting newcomers and those who have little field experience. She’s professional and knows her weapons well, always being prepared, but only being able to truly fight with her weaponry. She doesn’t really like Gale and his more reserved and tactical nature. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t appreciate it; she would just rather fight a standard enemy than be told what to do, even if she’s done it multiple times before, as Gale doesn’t care; he always tells her. She’s driven by duty, and will do everything she must.

Type Of Hero: Sentai Senshi
Henshin Device: Morphin Dual; a cellphone that spawns a brace
Henshin Sequence: She takes out the first component; a cellphone. She flips it open and pressed the large central button, then takes the open phone and places it over her left wrist. Light shines down from the screen, materializing her Morpher; the second half. The brace is an oblong design with a gray base and a raised blue piece. She snaps the phone closed and slides it into the front of the brace, where a slot resides. Once loaded it seals closed and a small spinning object inset in the top starts to spin. She calls out, “It’s Morphin time!” The jet spins faster and conceals her within the vortex. Her Buddyroid runs in at this moment, or is called from the signal from the spin, and breaks apart upon entrance. When the wind fades she stands as WingBuster.
Forms:
- Form Name: WingBuster (Naked Form)
Image/ Description: The basically never used form which is the result of her being forced to eject her armor from her Buddyroid. She stands naked in her normal GoBuster suit, with a helmet similar to red’s, but with a beak design coming down the center, similar glasses, and color patterning similar to Stag (gold), with the primary color running up the center and the black secondary being on the sides. The primary color is yellow-orange, while her sides are black. She has a skirt of course, but lacks the bands around the shoulder area, and her suit doesn’t have much of a leathery look to it; it’s more of a dulled appearance, since this form isn’t meant to be utilized.

Transformation: See above; her Buddyroid armor must be knocked off or ejected for this form.
Fighting Style: Basically in this form, she tries to keep her distance until backup can arrive, or her Buddyroid – Gale – can recombine with her.
Weapons: Flash Blaster; a small pen that is held with the tip point down. Lifting it and clicking the top button (as if to make the pen write) will fire a quick bolt of power from the clip (that you would clip to your pocket, or something) at the enemy. In civilian form, it’s a pen camera.
Tri Rapier; a camera tripod that has the three legs going down, and a small central grip. Grabbing it and pressing on a trigger towards the top will drop two legs and make the last one spin upwards to become a blade.
Transpod which rests on the shoulder, for summoning weapons.
Ichigan Buster; a camera which becomes a firearm. She doesn’t often rely on it, as she has her Flash Blaster. This is for more overt operations and for when she needs a different type of blaster. Hers is special, as she actually knows how to work a camera. By changing the F/Stop she can change how powerful the weapon is by changing the Aperture of the camera. The lower the F/Stop, the stronger the blast. The higher, the smaller and more refined the blast. She can change the ISO settings to draw in more power from the environment; any sort of power compatible with the weapon, such as Enetron.
Sougan Blade, rarely used binoculars which become a shortsword. Used as binoculars more than a weapon.
Abilities: Increased resilience, strength, HUD. In this form, her increased stats aren’t very much increased. She can utilize programs into her suit which have odd affects on her body, but those are very dangerous to use in this form.
Finisher(s): NA - Form Name: WingBuster
Image/ Description: See above for her suit description. It’s more shiny and leather-like however. She now wears armor over her body in gray or silver. She has a silver armored trim around her boots, and some running down the center of them that ends in a single claw. From above the trim it runs up the center of her legs to her belt, even over the skirt. She wears a chest shield similar to MMPR Green, but in the silver/gray, but with her shoulders looking like TaJaDor. More silver armor down the backs of her arms, and trim around the gloves like on the boots. She can deploy claws from the trim that runs to the backs of her hands, with three claws per hand coming off the back. On her back she has two large mechanical gray/silver wings in a bird design. They don’t move until she does a seismic boom (see below).

Abilities: Increased strength and defense, HUD, flight. She can draw her limbs up and concentrate, then shoot forward at an enemy or group of enemies with an affect similar to a seismic boom to blow them away.
Finisher(s): Wing Ace: She uses her boom ability, but spirals in for the enemy at the same time, creating a drill affect with her wings. She plunges one arm forward, utilizing the claws her form gives her and tears through them.

- Flash Blaster; a camera pen. It has no offensive abilities in civilian form, but is useful as a camera.
History
Rina was born as an only child. She did well in school, but didn’t have much of an opinion on it regarding if she enjoyed it or not. She enjoyed photography in school, which would become important later. When she graduated she went to college, but wasn’t sure what she would do with her life.
She ended up with journalism, enjoying trying to get information. But that didn’t pay off when she graduated, and she was left with no real options that she would want to take. She ended up getting a minor position at a paper, and ended up seeing something she shouldn’t have, and had photos of the situation.
She was approached by *, and was threatened. She refused to back down with what she had, and was told to go with them. She was given the power of a Buster, to show how dangerous it was, and why they didn’t want people knowing. However, she did rather well, and impressed them.
Given the new WingBuster technology, she was made into an agent of *. She left her job after realizing what exposing things should do, and got rid of the evidence. She’s worked with * for about three years, becoming a senior field agent.

She drew out the Morphin Dual, pulling the cellphone. She flipped her phone open with a flick of the wrist, reaching her thumb up to the central button and drawing the phone over her left wrist. A light erupted down onto her wrist, forming the elongated gray and blue wrist portion.
She flicked her wrist to close the phone and slid it down over the top of the Morpher, using the display screen to send code down into the Morpher. She reached it down in front of the Morpher itself, sliding it into the base. The slot sealed as soon as it entered.
A turbine-like device on top of the Morpher began to spin. She drew her arm up in front of her chest, calling out, “It’s Morphin time!” The turbine span faster, generating a vortex around her body, obscuring it. Gale came running in from behind, leaping into the vortex.
A few moments after, Rina leapt out, shooting forward as WingBuster.
