Overview: Kira's an independent musician with a big heart and an insightful eye, can be focused and driven, but also be distracted and show that she's just another girl. Having Melissa along drives her further along in the mature element...she has to watch out for their well-being in a strange land... She swoons over gentlemen and hard-boiled men, but half-boiled has the potential to annoy her. Greatly.

Fighting Style: Usually one of a flexible scrapper, very rarely will she resort to dirty fighting, but as of late, she's been getting some martial arts and dance training.
Weapons: Thundermax Saber - transforms between a gun and a sword, her side-arm.
Ptera Grips - twin daggers that are her personal weapons. If she focuses the Dino Energy, she can use one-shot elemental attacks, one from each dagger. Over-use will result in de-morphing.
Abilities: Super Dino Mode, projects spiked armor from patterns on the Ranger Suit, grants Kira Wings and Spiked hands, with increased strength, activated by ,"Super Dino Mode." Exceptional hearing in this form. In SDM, she can rear back with her daggers, and spin around once elegantly, flourishing the daggers once before crossing them and then thrusting them forward, for the "Dino Illusion" special attack, a flight of energy Ptera beasts bomb and fly through the enemy, one at a time. Followed up by a finisher, usually.

Shining Dagger Break - A dual power slash with the Ptera Grips
Dagger Acrobat - An attack where the lead dagger attacks with an ice component, freezing the enemies it touches, Kira then spins around elegantly, bringing the other dagger across horizontally, slashing with bright flame to shatter what was frozen.
Dino Power Kick - Super Dino Mode's strongest finisher, a winged kick from the air.

- Triassic Shield - If she gets her hands on it, she can also assume the Super Mode. Keyword is if.
- Raptor Cycle - Her personal motorcycle, a stylish one in human form, but changes to Ranger form along with her.
History
Brought up in the seaside town of Bay Harbor, she was well off enough, learning to love music at a young age, along with the water. Otherwise, she paid attention to her studies, keeping to herself normally, and this continued as she rose through the grades. In the last year of middle school, they began to run on hard times, and had to move to the city of Reefside. By that time, Kira had gotten very good with a surfboard, and chosen the guitar as her instrument of choice.
Transitioning into the new high school wasn't as difficult as it could have been, and Kira performed well in most of her studies, excelling at music, foreign languages and athletics. In her free time, she continued guitar practice, and went on with dance training and some martial arts. In her third year, she found the Dino Gem and Dino Brace / Morpher at a dig site on a field trip...and initially wanted nothing to do with it, because it was all too "weird."
Later, her hand was forced, as she was attacked by strange creatures she hadn't seen before...the transformation was forced without her knowledge, and before she knew it she was laying down the law. When the battle was over, she was called to a distant house, where a certain technical expert explained everything to her.
After hearing her out, Kira decided to keep fighting, and continued to do so through graduation, getting her diploma on a high note, having a decent grasp of Japanese and German, being top on a sports team or two, and a guitar player that people paid to see..
For a while, she hung around Reefside, assisting the technical expert named Hayley with whatever she could. Then her life would change when Hayley informed her that other Dino Gems had gone missing, and she had to find them...one signal near the coast, in Los Angeles, and two visible ones in Japan. And so she set out...

Sample RP: The OSP team stood by, assault rifles raised, at the monster. He'd been here instead of the dealer they'd been tracking, who'd dealt with arms, drugs...and some kind of new technology from Japan. The Yellow Ranger paused on the roof, looking down onto the scene, but from an angle where she couldn't be seen... as it played out. The tall field agent, the former Navy SEAL, the liaison from the LAPD, an absolutely stunning operations agent, and their other intelligence analyst, were all there, in body armor. "Be careful..." came the voice of the sage operations director through their headsets...and it was well-timed....as the monster fired...at the intel analyst. "Melissa look out!" One of them called to her as the rest of them opened fire...but she had yelped with fright, dropping her rifle and crossing her arms, a blue glow coating them as the shot was stopped from entering her, dissipating.
"Status, Mr. Callen?" came over the speaker, as the action had stopped for a moment. The monster was in shock...and so was the team, their rounds having little effect. "Mel's fine, somehow she stopped the shot meant for her." "Yea, I don't think us finding that dealer, and that blue gem is a coincidence. He was linked to it some how." "I concur, Mr. Hanna. We stole it from him after all...and it seems to have bonded with Mel, however impossible it might sound." "Any ideas to handle that?" Another voice came, the voice of Mel's twin sister Nell.
"Not right at the moment...but..." Mel began, before the Yellow Ranger made her entrance, flying down through the glass and slashing at the Dopant. "Hold that thought Nell, we got company." "What kind of company?"
"Oh, the kind of company that apparently wears spandex and likes bright colors." "Deeks, you know that's a girl right?" Agent Blye told him, and he looked at her again, "Ohh yeah...that's the skirt...and....oh wow she has hot moves." This earned him a rather sharp nudge in the shoulder. "Stay focused." "I am focused....oh wow...."
The liaison got a glare for his trouble, but he looked at her. "I'm serious, look over there." "Oh....wow...is that?" she asked, as a girl in blue had joined the fight, working more on instinct than anything. "Mel?" Callen questioned, looking around, before looking to his partner, who just nodded with a small smirk. "That's her." Sam pointed out.
With the two suited heroines, they stayed up close, not a word exchanged between them, dodging rifle strikes and shots, before Kira spread her shoulders to the side, Blue jumping up on her shoulders and then coming off towards the Dopant for a hard shield bash, in time with an ice dagger attack from Kira, which nabbed one leg of the Dopant. The shield bash would finish that manuever, driving him to the ground and hurting his leg.
Kira's fire attack blasted the affected area with searing pain, and the Dopant fired off a smoke grenade before making his getaway. Then, G looked to the others. "You guys alright?" A number of "Yeah"s were heard, then they turned the rifles on the Yellow Ranger, which in turn prompted a side-arm draw from Blue.....
