Rey was laying on the couch in the break room, reading. He had just finished a training session with Koutaro, and he was doing pretty good already. He considered lunch when his Ray Chip flashed. He sat up, and pressed on the side, saying "Rey here. What's up?"
"Rey, Grongi, docks. NOW." Koutaro's voice crackled through. He could faintly hear the monster's roars in the background.
"Where's Kira?" Rey asked, getting up and beginning toward the garage.
"With me. So is Sei- CRAP!" Koutaro was cut off mid-sentence.
"Awesome." Rey said, and as he ran slammed a red button on the wall, triggering the deploy alarm.
He met Jin, Kouga and Asami in the garage, and they all boarded their Ray-Chasers and rode to the docks.

Koutaro scooted backward on his behind, barely avoiding the monster's attacks. Seija had been used to make a considerable dent in the side of a shipping container, and Kira was trapped inside another by debris.
Koutaro leapt to his feet, and kicked the monster in the chest, then ran to the container and pulled off the debris, and though "Kira, door's unblocked."
Koutaro stood back as the door exploded outward from the Attack Sigil Kira had in front of her, and said "Ready?"
"As always." Koutaro said, and braced his body. Kira initiated the transformation, and Koutaro, now wearing his armor, raised the KiraBlade and charged, swinging at the Grongi.

This enemy was no Worm, but it seemed problematic enough. And at least he wouldn't need to Clock Up.
Tendou watched the fight for a bit, instead of getting involved. He didn't want to fight if he didn't have to.

Rey, Kouga, Asami and Jin arrived, firing the guns on their Chasers to fend off the Grongi. Kouga went to check on Seija while Rey, Asami and Jin transformed. Rey cheered his hand with fire and performed his Firebird attack, uppercutting the Grongi so a bird of fire was able to carry it upward, then pinched downward, bringing the bird crashing into the earth with a boom. Koutaro yelled "There's more than one!" as another jumped behind Rey and wrapped an arm around his neck, a second and third attacked Jin and Asami, and the last charged directly at Kouga.

Tendou caught his Zecter and walked towards the fight, loading it onto his belt and activating it, "Henshin."
His armor slowly formed as he walked into the fight, hoping for attention to come to him, to be of help.

Rey caused a column of fire to jet up behind him, searing the back I free Grongi. Koutaro slashed at it, knocking it out.
Kouga turned around and quickly transformed into Ray-Water, stabbing the Grongi with his spear and getting up, then noticed Souji approaching, and said "The Rayforce has this handled, sir. Move along."
Asami and Jin ducked, and Jin brought a dagger up, slashing the face of one Grongi, and Asami leapt back and fired off a couple wind scythes.

"I'm still here to fight," he said. He mostly wanted to keep his body active, after his Clock Up abuse. He ran at the one facing Asami and Jin, giving it a roundhouse after Asami's attack.

"Okay." Kouga said, as the Grongi he has speared earlier rose. Kouga spun and initiated Water Break, hitting the button and charging with his icy lance tip.
Koutaro and Rey were working hand in hand, perfectly synchronizing their attacks and driving their Grongi back several feet. They backed it against a shipping container, and then it lashed out with it's claws, driving Koutaro back a few feet, but he eventually managed to stop the onslaught with help from a Shield Sigil from Kira.
The Grongi Souji was charging at turned and grabbed Souji's ankle, lifting and throwing him into the side of yet another container.

Souji hit it, dropping to the ground. He rose, "Guess my body really did take a hit," he muttered softly. That wasn't good. If Clock Up abuse already made him miss an easy kick like that, then how bad was it going to be? How would his body hold up?
He ran forward, throwing a punch for the Grongi's chest.

'I hate this' Clive thought to himself as he found himself freefalling after being hit by a Fangire, he was fighting it furiously as he knew that this Fangire was responsible for some deaths in Europe...Clive managed to upright himself and land next to where Tendou was before he reengaged the Fangire once more.

"Rey, new contacts!" Kouga yelled, having finished his Grongi with Water Break.
Rey took a break, looking at where Kouga was pointing and saw Clive and Fangire duking it out.
"I got this." Rey said, and Kouga nodded, charging over and slashing at the Grongi, spinning the spear over his head and flowing into the next strike, then ducking low and performing a leg sweep.
Koutaro thought "Kira, Sigil Break." Kira nodded, and Koutaro punched the Grongi in the face, knocking it back. He prepared his sword, and the Break Sigil appeared over his head. He stuck his sword up, then brought it down as the blue fire enveloped the blade. He jumped, and cleaved the Grongi in two, finishing it.
Rey ran up to Clive, and yelled "Need any help?"

"No thanks I got this" Clive said as he kicked the Fangire back.

"Okay then." Rey said as he turned back. The situation was pretty much dealt with: Kiuga had one of the last Grongi handled, Koutaro had eliminated his and Rey's and Kiuga's original was scattered over about a ten-foot radius in frozen shards. Rey walked over to where Seija was and got to work on waking her up.
Kouga jumped back, and Jin charged in, already with his Ray-Blade equipped, and slashed, destroying the last Grongi. Kouga undid his transformation and walked over to where Souji lay, offering a hand and asking "Are you okay?"

"Yeah...I'm fine," he said, taking the help up. At one time he wouldn't have, but he had changed.
Had he used Cast Off, he should have been fine. He would have been more fluid, able to move better. This was terrible.

"You certainly don't look fine." Kouga said.
Rey undid his transformation as Seija began to stir, and slowly woke up. Rey asked "You okay?"
"Where am I?" Seija asked groggily, running her head.
"A Grongi used you to make a dent in this container." Rey said, knocking on the shipping container behind her.
