'There still isn't enough.' Mikan was sat on the railings that overlooked the river, also looking at her phone. Currently it displayed her finances, and it seemed she would need to defeat several more Dopants to afford the scooter she'd been eyeing. Or one that was more valuable. 'That dopant-rider would have given me more than enough...' Still, she was annoyed about letting him get away. It seems she'd messed up. Since then, there had been barely any jobs. It stressed her to think that her benefactor might be losing faith in her.

She heard a person approach and felt, somehow, like she was being watched. It was unsettling, so she looked around casually and instantly noticed a woman with brightly-coloured hair. Kind of cinspicuous. She didn't look immediately dangerous but Mikan wanted to keep an eye on her just in case. At the very least, she was odd.

Isaka was about a half a mile away, sitting on the AntiBoilder and watching the exchange through binoculars. He already had the Anti-W Driver about his waist, and had his Memories in his jacket. He thought, "A new Memory Rider? This could be interesting. There's also that Rider from earlier, with the phasing shots. I need to deal with her."

Her earlier hunch had been right, the woman with the bright hair had been looking at her. It seemed like she knew a lot already, as well. Mikan stood up from the railings and nodded. 'I'm a Kamen Rider, yes. I use a Double Driver and Memories. Why, what's your interest?'

That explained a lot. The Driver she pulled out looked a bit odd, but seemed like the usual technology to Mikan's eyes. 'I understand.' She disregarded the comment about her age, mostly because it was true. 'I wouldn't know anything about buying Rider Memories though. Mine are supplied to me as part of my work...'

'I know that people sell Dopant Memories, but my job is to destroy Memories like that. But I have met other Memory Riders. They may know.' One of whom, however, was unquestionably a villain. If she'd been able to, she'd have liked to ask her benefactor if she knew this woman too. 'What do you need more Memories for? How did you come by that one?'

Mikan herself didn't know exactly how Memories were made, so she couldn't tell how much of the woman's story was right. She considered the options. 'I believe my benefactor has a way of making them. However, it seems I can't contact them at my leisure. I could... let you study my Memories, if that helped, but I couldn't let you keep them.'

Johnathan sat on a bench near-by, the data-module normally suspended atop the driver in his hand. Using the in-built scanner he noted the memory, a basic scan of the device appearing on the screen. Punching in a command code he returned the data-module to its rightful place alongside the driver in his jacket.

Mikan took her purple Spike Memory out of her jacket, showing it to her. 'This is one of them.'

'Yes. Some Drivers use single Memories. Others, like mine, require two. But both types create similar Kamen Rider armour.' This was a subject Mikan actually had some experience on, so she was happy to share. 'Less refined Memories can be put into the body directly and alter it, making a Dopant. But they all use the data on the Memory itself.'

This gave her pause. Spike wasn't her favourite Memory, but... 'Hmm... I don't want to risk it. It might be hard to replace.'

She put the Memory away. 'It's a shame I coulddn't be of more help.' She looked at the hand for a second, then took it carefully and shook once before releasing. 'I'm Mikan. By any chance, is the name Sasaki familiar to you?' A long shot, but always worth asking. 'Particularly in connection with your Memory or Driver.'

"Hello ladies." Isaka walked up, Driver no longer on his waist and briefcase in one hand. He turned to Luna and said, "Something tells me, you need a Memory. How about it?" as he finished talking, he tapped his suitcase with a finger.

"Even better." Isaka said as he opened his suitcase, revealing a quite extensive selection of Dopant Memories. He pulled out a Violence Memory and said, "This one hasn't been selling too well lately. Have a copy, on the house." and handed it to her.

'Don't worry about it.' Mikan was considering making a comment on the sudden change in Luna's hair colour when the salesman appeared. Right off, something about him made her uneasy. He's familiar... was he that Rider I saw fighting the W guys? 'Those are the Dopant Memories I was telling you about.' She put her hand in her pocket to touch her Driver. 'We've met before, haven't we? What's your game today?'
