Isaka chuckled and said "Wow. You catch on quick." He then shrugged Jin's hand off, and turned around, assuming a ready position, but still looking casual.

"Well, if it's a Dopant you want, then let's rumble." Isaka said, as he placed his Gaia Driver around his waist and pulled out his Weather Memory and clicked it open, with a call of "WEATHER"

"Interesting form, I must say." Isaka said, then dropped the Memory. The Driver enacted a sort of magnetic effect, pulling the Memory into the slot and the storms rumbles around him, transforming him into the Weather Dopant. He charged up an ice-blast in his hand, and fired it and Jin.

"If you are going to go there, then I'm just gonna have to go here." Isaka said, and fired a freezing blast at Kouga, almost as an afterthought.

"Well, that was easy." Isaka said, as he raised his hand, and clouds gathered overhead, small bolts of electricity arcing throughout.

Isaka chuckled and said "Well well, you sound like an interesting character. What will happen if I were to," he cleared his throat, then proceeded in a high. nasally voice "STOP RIGHT THERE, VILLAIN!"

Isaka chuckled, and removed the Weather Memory, reverting to human form. He walked until he as right in front of Kouga, and looked into his eyes with a dead serious expression as well, and said "Tell me, 'hero'. Have you ever lost anyone you loved, possibly regarded as a father? My father, the man who raised me, shaped me, influenced me, was murdered in cold blood by these armored criminals you call 'heroes' or 'Riders'. I fight to avenge. What of you?"

"No, I'm fairly certain Justice was that four-armed freak from 'House Of The Dead 4'." Isaka said, and walked back a few steps, the Anti-W Driver already in place, with the Weather Memory already in. He pulled out the Arms Memory and clicked it open and put it in, and clasped his hands behind his back, waiting.

"You're fast, I'll give you that. But I'll test you first, before I demonstrate more of my power." Isaka said, and morphed his hand into gun mode, and opened fire, while dropping anothe lightning bolt.
