Okay, this applies to all Ultramen. STORY TIME!

Many thousands of centuries ago, the Ultra Brothers protected their planet from all that might threaten them, but they would be destroyed from within. One Ultra, named Hunter, coveted the power enshrined in a great relic of the Ultra Race: the Plasma Spark, a continual source of energy, able to power all of Earth and then some for eternity, which formed the core of the Ultra homeworld. Hunter attempted to take the Spark, but when he touched it, he changed, his mind and body warped and perverted, and he became Belial, the first evil Ultraman. After a long and drawn out war, the Ultramen were able to seal Belial by creating the moon of their home world around him.
Belial, trapped in the moon, plotted and seethed, hoping to one day gain his revenge. This would come in the form of a powerful kaiju, an alien known as a Reiblood, who contacted Belial and offered to become his host, in exchange for Belial helping the Reiblood Race destroy the Earth. Belial readily agreed, and broke his way out of the moon with the help of the Reiblood, and entered it's body, his gift for making this pact being the Giga Battle Nizer, a weapon that could summon other kaiju. They then both traveled to Earth. The Father of Ultras, knowing that a catastrophe had just occurred, contacted Mebius and Hikari telepathically, telling them a great evil force was coming their way.
Belial had agents, in the form of other corrupted Ultra Warriors, such as Dark Mephisto, Dark Zagin, so on and so forth. Belial is about to begin a brutal, bloody attack on the Earth as an attempt to get back at the Ultra Race, and only the Ultras that are already on Earth can stop him.
