Overview:
Kiriya is a respectable man who shows respect back unto others who show it to him. If you’re on his bad side he’ll make it known, but won’t act like a jerk about it. He wants to get along with people, but knows that it isn’t possible for everyone. He’s refined, intelligent, charming and suave, not tainted by money and understanding of work. He wants to be able to help the Sailor Senshi in their battles, just feeling that it might be his duty.
He has an eye for beauty and a love for beauty, especially roses, carrying over into his Tuxedo Kamen counterpart. He’s a skilled fighter as Tuxedo Kamen, but prefers not to use his skills when not in guise.

History
Born into a wealthy family, Kiriya didn’t have to work. He could have whatever he wanted, but he chose none of it. He wanted normal schooling, and a normal life. Normal friends who had no interest in his money; a normal life. He got this as best as he could, and managed to hide his family’s money well from other students, able to have a relatively normal life growing up.
After graduating from high school he went to college, paid for in full, but he didn’t like that. He hated it even more when he got a large sum of money from his parents after finishing. He put that all into opening a café, and used the rest for savings and charity, since it was far more than he needed, but he wanted some to fall back on; just being cautious.
Running his own café gave him something to do, and he enjoyed it. One day when he was going to his modest apartment he met a man in a tuxedo who was wounded and bleeding. Kiriya tried to help him, but the man gave him a rose and died, his body vanishing. Kiriya found the rose exploding in his face, and the next thing he knew he was in the man’s garb, with his abilities and title; Tuxedo Kamen. This information came innately to him, as if the man were speaking to him to at least tell him of his duty and powers.
He didn’t do much with them, but soon started to feel a connection to the Sailor Senshi, and chose to try to find them; his powers were similar to theirs in some way, and they were his best bet on where to go, so he chose his path.

Kiriya looked at the rose. The petals flew up around him, and then he realized it had exploded in his face. What had that man done to the rose? And…where was his body? What happened?
He stumbled around, feeling stinging and burning from the rose. What was this? He stumbled over to a building, looking up and into the window. He saw himself in the man’s garb; in a tuxedo and a mask. He looked over himself, finding roses in his jacket, and a cane lying at his feet where he had “dropped” it. Reaching down to pick it up he heard a voice in his mind.
You are Tuxedo Kamen now. You must fight; I am sorry. But you will be ready for it; I can tell you that much. Here; this is my power for you.
