Frobite was too concerned with the shots to try to protect himself; he wasn't sure where to lash out at with his powers, for one.
"It's working!" Cal told them, "Keep it up!"

"Aye, Captain!" Aaron said with his best Scottish accent as he continued to fire.
Ryouske simply nodded as he did the same, ready to use the Sky Sword if Frobite tried to move.

Frobite managed to raise a wall of ice for protection, panting hard from the pain, "You almost had me! I won't let that happen!" he shouted, ice shards coming from the wall at the Rangers, the spots quickly replaced to complete the wall again.

Aaron and Ryosuke raised their weapons to block the attacks, but they were still blasted by ice shards and they fell to the ground.
"Just what is this guy made of?" Aaron asked.
"Possibly, I don't know, ice?" Ryosuke replied sarcastically.

"I think I like him," Liam said to Cal, referring to Ryosuke.
"I...I think I have a plan," he said, "Red! Twistornado when I tell you!" He was going to arc shots around the wall with the help of the winds, into Frobite's back.

"I have a name, you know!" Ryosuke said. "It's Ryosuke!" He then readied his a Twistornado card, waiting for the command.

Ryosuke slotted the card into his morpher, creating another tornado.

The winds would work as Cal had predicted; the blasts were carried into the wind, and as it moved to Frobite's side, the shots arced into his back, wounding him. He stumbled into his wall, becoming dazed.
"Now! We can move in!" Cal shouted.

Ryosuke drew his sword, and Aaron stood up with the Land Axe in his hand. The two then charged once more at Frobite, slashing when they got close to him.

His ice wouldn't hold out, leaving him vulnerable to their melee attacks while the Sea warriors fired from a distance, hammering his already weakened body.

"Let's finish him!" Cal said, summoning his Shark Head, while Liam summoned his Turtle Head and affixed them to their Celestial Blasters.

Aaron and Ryosuke summoned their respective heads (Snake and Dragon, respectively) and attached them to the Celestial Blasters as well.

The four blasts lanced into Frobite as he rose. He cried out as he went down in flames, exploding. But unlike last time, Cal was expecting the bugs to come. He shot them down with a quick shot from his bowgun, leaving Frobite from growing.
