Isaka II sat in his chair in the garage, calmly sipping a cup of tea, when his Hawk Phone flew in and converted to Phone Mode. He caught it, took out the Hawk Memory, and flipped it open. He saw the map display pop up, and saw that a few Riders were nearby.
"They will die." Isaka whispered to himself, as he boarded the Anti-HardBoilder and rode toward where the Riders were.

Hikaru and Nago were in Fuuto for the day. Sure, no missions anymore, no income, but...yeah, a trip for fun probably wasn't the best thing to do. But whatever.

Mikan stood with arms folded, staring at the rack of scooters in the shop. They were expensive for her, but maybe it would be worthwhile getting one. She would have to budget carefully. Maybe if she got an expensive target soon... that one on the end was rather cute.

Isaka rode into the general area, and put on the Anti-W Driver. He got off of his bike, and began walking, following his phone. He bumped into Nago as he was walking, but didn't even apologize, until he noticed that he was getting the signal from him. He turned around and said "Excuse me, would you happen to be a Kamen Rider?" to Nago.

He shook off his suit jacket after the collision as he turned, Driver on, "Yeah, whoever you are, we've learned to be wary."
He thought of Zeno's betrayal of them. If someone knew something, could this be one of his plots?

The two men colliding caught Mikan's glance, but she didn't think anything of it, until she looked again. No doubt about it; both were wearing Drivers of similar make to her own.
Staying very still, she slowly brought her Driver from her inside pocket and clipped it around her waist, doing her best not to draw attention.

"I've seen that Driver before..." Isaka said, trying to remember, then it hit him. "W." Isaka said. "You shall fall!" He pulled out his Memories. "WEATHER""ARMS" He slotted the Memories in, and threw the Anti-W Driver open with a call of "HENSHIN!" and assumed his WeatherArms form. He then threw a punch at Nago's head. |

Nago ducked and dropped back, pulling a Memory, "Well, isn't that interesting?"
"Allow me," Hikaru said, pulling Fang from his coat.
"Very well," Nago said, switching to his version; Talon.
After the initial sounds of the Memories, and Nago sending his conscious/Memory over, this was heard:
"FangTalon"
The white Fang, the pale yellow Talon. Arm Fang and claws at the ready.

Noticing both men transform and one begin his attack, Mikan was about to act when she felt her phone vibrate. Under cover of the civilians retreating from the area, she checked it. 'The Weather W is your target. Bring him down at all costs. Triple the usual rate.'That made things clearer. Whoever that was, he was clearly a danger. And possibly an important lead. ICEAGERAPTOR 'Henshin.' Mikan opened her Driver, turning around as she transformed and firing a warning shot at Isaka. 'Freeze.' |

Isaka turned around and noticed the other rider standing there, and said "Oh boy, two Riders. How exciting!" He then morphed his left arm into gun mode and fired at W, while dropping a lighting bolt on W at the same time.

FangTalon dodged and ran around the outside, switching to Shoulder Fang and leaping aside, throwing it like a boomerang for the enemy.

Rolling to the side, she got out of the way using Raptor's speed and fired a flurry of icy bolts at Isaka.
I guess this explains the high reward...

Isaka dropped into a crouch as the Shoulder Fang boomerang passed over his head. Then he pulled out another Memory, and clicked it open. "ZONE" was heard, and he pulled the Driver back together, removed the Weather Memory and placed the Zone Memory in its place, then opened the Driver again. "ZONE""ARMS" He formed his grid, and teleported behind W, and opened fire with his gun arm. |

W was thrown forward, hitting the ground with his hand and throwing himself up to remaneuver himself to face his foe, rushing him.

somehow, I get the feeling I'm being toyed with here. Since the enemy could teleport, something different was required. Mikan ejected the IceAge memory and clicked another into place.
VIRUS
As her right side changed colour, she tracked Isaka with her pistol and blanketed the general area with shots of energy which seemed to seek him out, passing through anything in the way. She made sure to set the shots to not harm W as well, running over nearby to him.
