Hunting threats to Tokyo was always risky, especially when the threat could take the form of a human. Otoha found this probably the most irritating part of being a Karas: identifying who was the threat. He would have left it to a Makai Knight, but he didn't exactly see eye to eye with them, especially after Yuuga.
