Hideaki pressed the talk button, sending out a beacon to his elite squad of Senkengers, now coming to a grand total of two, including himself. He was waiting for Ciel at a scenic park, leaning against a railing overseeing a lake.

"I'm on my way," she said, picking up right away. She smiled; he finally had his powers. This would be good. As Senkengers, they could finally begin.

Hideaki nodded and ended the call. This was good.
He could join the fight properly and cast off his pirate form. He looked odd in the middle of the couples walking past arm in arm, but it didn't care. His Valkyire was almost finished as well, and they could make to the skies - She could work her way around tech, and he needed her for the Seigi no Mizuken.

When she saw him in the park, she hurried over, coming down beside him, "Well, I'm here," she said, pulling out her SenkenSilver Key and her Cellular.

"Ciel, it's nice to see you." Hideaki greeted, acknowleding her. "I haven't had a chance to hunt down the Gokaigers yet, but.." He stopped, grinned slyly and pulled out his Captain Mobirates. "This is finished now." He said grandly before pulling out his SenkenRed Key.
"I've also been working on fleshing out our equipment - We need to rival and exceed the pirates." He added, popping open his Mobirates to reveal a holographic display of the Valkyrie. "This is hidden here, and we have a proper ship in a dockyard on the moon." He said, waiting her reaction.

She gave a wide smile, "You really have been busy," she said, looking at the hologram closer, "It's beautiful...this is just what we need...," she took one of his Mobirates, looking closer, "Wonderfully done. I'd like to see inside of one of these..."

"You can have the chance soon... We have our pride on the moon, even if it's... Unfinished." Hideaki grinned. He was almost stupidly proud of his work. And he was excited - He would be able to beat the force that had haunted him.
"Valkyrie... Hashin." He said softly, sliding around a few projections and tapping a button. "There's an underwater walkway here, we can get to our vehicle through that." He said, pointing out a small shack that lead underground.

Hideaki lead her underground, were a few people were milling about. There was a door to a glass walkway that went into the lake, which held several fish that had been placed there for the sake of having a display like that.
"It's a bit cliche, but if we open this here..." He grabbed a bolt in the wall and twisted it before pushing it, revealing a well-lit corridor. "We have an underground hangar." He announced, closing the door behind him. "The next door needs to be opened using a Mobirates - Hit 8-1-3-6 while facing that wall." He instructed, pointing out a small glass shard in the side of the corridor.

She held up her Cellular, pressing in the code, "I must admit...cliche as it is, even if it's just the door, I love it. This entire place...you did wonderfully. Makes me sorry I spent so much time on the Rider Keys..."

"Rider Keys?" Hideaki asked, raising an eyebrow as the wall folded in on itself, revealing a door with a valve on it and a Senkenger Logo in badly sprayed paint. Hideaki inserted a Ranger Key into it, turning it as the valve began spinning on it's own accord. Then the door swung open to reveal a small vehicle hanger with a catwalk leading out of the door. The metal runways overlooked the Valkyrie, standing admist random pieces of equipment and a few sheets of metal and some ruined parts.
"That, is the Valkyrie." Hideaki announced.

She looked around, "This is absolutely beautiful, Hideaki...," she said, running her hand along some of the components nearby, "Anyway, I can look it over and obsess over it later. But...Rider Keys." She drew one out; Tajador Key.
