Grand Experiment [Open]

[Foundation X]

Diverting many resources of Foundation X, he had done it. Ridge Zen stood alone on the plains of Africa, Foundation X members nearby, ready to help should something go wrong.

He knew nothing would go wrong.

"And with this, my bid for leadership of Foundation X will be here," he muttered. He was as good as second in command, but wouldn't be the successor to the Foundation. He wanted to be, no matter what he said. This would make it so.

He lifted a Gaia Memory; his pet project. He clicked it.

"Universe"

Drawing up a firearm designed to utilize Memories, he inserted it and fired down the plain. Energy crackled out from the massive stream of power, crushing the landscape, warping it to his desires, reforming everything around the energy.

This was truly the ultimate weapon of Foundation X.

Peter stood underneath a tree with a book on philosophy. Riveting though it was he was more interested in this "Foundation X". Some sort of test was going on several miles away. With Clock Up he could get there in seconds but at the moment he was content to just sit in the savannah and see if this was worth getting his hands on.

Removing the Universe Memory from the weapon, Ridge turned to the scientists, "How are the readings?"

"Barely stable," the head scientist told him. Jun Kazu was standing nearby, looking unimpressed. But that was his usual look, so he couldn't tell if the head of the Gaia Memories was pleased or not. It didn't matter; he would kill Kazu if he had to with this Memory.

"Barely stable? What are you talking about?" Ridge demanded, walking over and looking at the readings and data, nodding grimly, solemnly, "I see...," he muttered. There had to be something they could do to fix this. Then he remembered his other Gaia Memory experiments that were...off, elsewhere at the moment, wondering if they could be of use.

"I know what I need to do," he told them, loading the Memory into the gun again, "Universe", which came out sounding in the Japanese tone as "Universu", "I need more Memories."

"You've had all of the resources you can redirected," Kazu told him, "I know you want new Memories, or you wouldn't be bringing it up."

"I know," Ridge replied, "But I will get my Memories."

Peter closed his book, put it in his shoulder bag and walked out into the desert. He couldn't see what had happened but he might be able to get a look if he got closer, it was relatively flat, they'd see him coming a mile off.

They weren't paying enough attention to notice Peter. Kazu and Ridge continued to argue over money and Memories.

"What is this plan of yours, anyway?" Kazu questioned, his closest demand that he could use with his voice.

"I can't tell you," he answered, knowing that when his plans paid off, he would have control over the Foundation.

[Peter Saint]

Peter decided now would be a good point to transform, he was still miles away, but he might as well speed it up. He transformed into his armoured form and then used the Drake Zecter wired in his armour to speed up and appear beside Kazu.
"... Boo," He said, grabbing at his neck.

[Robert Baron]

Meanwhile Robert was looking at the scene, he had been ordered to observe the interaction between Peter and Foundation X, who in the future had been a minor nuisance to the organisation before they crushed it, but if Foundation X was creating an ultimate weapon then Robert would need to locate it and destroy it.

[Peter Saint]

Peter jumped back, grabbed a random scientist and (with a very hard pull on it) held Kamen Rider Getsu's sword to his throat.
"What are you testing here ..." He asked

[[Kaisu] Elizabeth Clarke]

Elizabeth slid off a table and stood up - She had managed to get enough leverage to watch. She revealed her Driver and placed it at her waist.

"Just another project." She smirked.

[Foundation X]

Kazu pulled his Gaia Driver on and held up his Memory, letting it float before him.

"Utopia"

"Ms. Clarke," Ridge Zen said, "Hold them off as long as you can with Kazu; once I get the weapon functional, it's over for them."

Kazu floated forward as the Utopia Dopant, firing off intense bursts of fire for Robert and Peter.

Peter dodged back, throwing his hostage in the direction of a fireball. that bought him a second or two to rush forward and slash with his sword.

[Foundation X]

Peter would find that the sword stopped about a foot away from Kazu. Kazu's staff floated on its own, flying in at Peter while fire rushed at him from his other side.

Peter stopped, unable to attack, the staff bashing him in the side and creating a few sparks while the fire burned against his armour. He let go of the sword and took a few steps backwards, still being assailed by the fire.

[[Kaisu] Elizabeth Clarke]

Elizabeth smirked as she changed into Hellfire (Inferno+Shadow) Arms. She readied a machinegun and opened fire, slowly sliding back from the recoil. The shadows of the bullets created more, an attack on two flames with ammunition that would combust upon impact.

[Peter Saint]

Quick as he could Reaper pulled out a card and slided it into his shoulder t-
BANG!
Too late, he was flung back by the attack and tumbled across the ground.
