Got cut off; for Medal users (Greeed, OOO, 000, Birth, Kougami, etc.) and open.
Schemes all filling up around him, he needed one to pan out. Ridge Zen needed some way to make sure he could get ahead, and that he could firmly remain second in command of Foundation X, as well as do a lot of damage to the rest of the forces vying for dominance in the world.
Whether they be Rangers, Riders, or something else, he wanted to do damage. He wanted to show that Foundation X would be something to be feared when he was in command. Neon had her own way of doing things, he had his.
The Universe Memory, the data human - Hikaru Kagawa and his partner as Double - and other schemes, all piling up. But this one would be his best work yet.
He looked at what he held in hand; the three black Core Medals that Smart Brain had developed. Smart Brain; that foolish, weak organization that he had defected from for the Foundation. Now they lost their OOO user, had a girl who didn't know what she was doing as the new OOO, had Eternal, Psyga, and little else at their disposal. Hell, OOO wasn't even with them anymore.
"Satonaka, Shingo, are you sure this is right?" he asked the two Medal researchers he knew.
Satonaka nodded, "Kougami's data shows that this is the place."
In the middle of Tokyo, from long ago, it turned out. At a shrine that nobody had ever looked closely at, until now.
Ridge held up the three Black Cores. Black lightning gathered around them, lashing out at a stone pillar. When it shattered away, it revealed what looked to be a jewel encrusted object, shining in brilliant crimson and yellow.
"The Emperor Driver," he said softly, reaching out for it reverently, taking it into his hands, "Now...now I win. Now the Greeed will bow to me, and to you, my two associates. You will have all the data you could ever want. All the Cores and Cells. Greeed; Yummies, and even OOO and 000, should all of them fall into place as planned."
But he knew they should; his plans rarely failed him.

Mary was walking through the city again, twirling her Skull Memory between her fingers. She was planning on going to see Nago again, and had called him earlier only for it to go to voice mail. So she was currently waiting for him to call back, and was being rather patient about it.
Meanwhile, in a completely different side of town, Ryuuga was fighting a Mastodon Yummy as Kamen Rider Prism. He grabbed it by the tusks and tried pushing it back. "You're a stubborn one, aren't you?" he asked it, taking a hand off one of the tusks and took out his Cube Memory. "Lemme change that for you!" he said, inserting the memory into his Driver.
"CUBE!"
He then lifted the Yummy upward and threw it into the air. He then took out the Cube Hammer and held it like a baseball bat, waiting for the Yummy to come back down.

Ridge had sent the others away to deal with the Yummy that had recently appeared. There was a Dinosaur Greeed about somewhere that they knew little of; what better time to study it?
Meanwhile, Ridge had sent Nago and Hikaru on a job, flying them to Europe to do something for him, just to have them out of the way. He had also been sure to make sure communication with them would be...difficult, thanks to the technologies of the Foundation.
Using his IPhone, he began to search, triangulating a signal from the phone he was searching for, after using Nago's to get the number. He put his phone away when he saw Mary, the woman who might make his plans for Double...difficult.
"Give him up," Ridge told her, walking closer to Mary.
Before Shingo and Satonaka could arrive to see the Yummy, three motorcycles were arriving; Gotou, Date and Terui of the Kougami Foundation. They all drew up handguns and ran at it, firing from behind while getting their Cell Medals ready to transform.

Mary saw Ridge and firmly held her memory in her hand. "Give who up?" Mary asked. "Who are you?"
Ryuuga saw the Mastodon Yummy get shot by the Kougami guys, and turned around to face them. "Eh?! Just who the hell are you?!" he asked.

"It doesn't matter who I am. Give up Nago, or I'll be forced to kill you," Ridge told her.
"We're the Kougami Foundation, Ride Vendor First Squadron," Gotou said, "Yummies and Greeed are our responsibility to handle."

"I don't know who you are, but I'm not going to do that..." She then took out her Driver and attached it to her waist. She then took out her Skull Memory. "Henshin." She inserted the Memory into the Driver and opened it, becoming Kamen Rider Skull.
"Well, I got here first, and I have it handled!" Ryuuga said, before turning back around and swinging the hammer at the Yummy, sending it straight into a nearby wall. "HOME RUN!" he said in English.

Johnathan carefully poked through the Alteris drivers' systems in an attempt to stop the Alteris Kai memory sending him into a pseudo berserker form. "Action prohibited" The Driver replied in its normal dark synthetic tone. The Kamen Rider had lost his mind to its effects on three occasions and all three had drastic results. A sudden change of the screen alerted him to something wrong, the control system identifying the creature crash into a near-by building, followed by another heading towards it.

"You're a fool," he said, attaching the OOO Driver-looking Driver to his waist. Three Medals instantly appeared, gold, but with the Taka, Kujaku and Condol designs imprinted upon them. He took his Scanner and scanned the Medals.
"Taka, Kujaku, Condol"
Golden Medal images appeared in front of him, cloaking him in gold and red.
"It's our job to kill Yummies and get their Medals," Gotou said, inserting a Medal into his Driver and turning it, shimmering white into Kamen Rider Reverse/Re:Birth. Date slid one into the slot on his Driver, becoming Kamen Rider Saver, while Terui put a Cell in front of his waist, forming a belt like a Greeed's, becoming the sickly, organic Kamen Rider Vengeance.

Mary drew her SkullMagnum, ready to fire as soon as she was able to.
"Well, you can have the medals!" Ryuuga exclaimed, transforming back into Prism. "But I'm taking out the Yummy!" He then dashed toward where the Yummy was sent to.
Meanwhile, the Yummy had gotten itself out of the wall and charged back toward where it and Ryuuga were fighting.

As the Medals came over Ridge's body, he appeared, standing before Mary in a gold and crimson avian form. "This is Emperor Tajador," he said, "I have surpassed the Multi-King, Kamen Rider OOO!" He lifted his large sword, "Come on." Gotou kicked the Greeed towards Date who whipped around with a roundhouse kick, sending it into the organic arm-blade of Terui, Medals flying out from the slash. Satonaka and Shingo were arriving, but they just watched all of these Riders. |

"OI! I SAID IT WAS MY KILL!" Ryuuga said, before taking out his Prism Memory and placed it in the Maximum Slot.
"PRISM! Maximum Drive!
Mary fired at the Emperor Tajador with the Skull Magnum.

Ridge walked towards the oncoming fire, swinging his sword to block the first few, then he lifted his large Spinner to work as his shield. A few hit him, but it couldn't do much to slow him down.

Ryuuga jumped into the air. "If you're a Kamen Rider, I suggest you get out of the way right now!" he suggested before taking out some Gaia Memories, and began inserting them.
"LASER! DRILL! SPIKE! BURST! CUBE! HOVER! VOID!" As the Driver said the names, a little ball of the memory's color surrounded the Yummy. "FINAL PRISM BLASTER!!" Ryuuga aimed a kick at the Yummy, destroying it in a shower of medals after the attack connected.
Mary continued to shoot at Emperor Tajador. "Why are my attacks not working?!"

The three Kougami Riders watched the Yummy explode into a shower of Cell Medals, "Collect them," Gotou said, putting a Medal into his Driver, summoning his Drill Arm. He span it, collecting most of them to him while the others began collecting."
"We're not alone," Date said, "A few people are around, my HUD is telling me."
"Because I am the strongest," Ridge told Mary, lifting his Spinner and returning fire with massive blasts of flame, "I do give you one chance to live. Forget about that man, Nago."

Johnathan had managed to get into viewing distance just in time to see the Yummy explode violently, the bike he was on was regretable not like the one at home so getting there quicker would have been an impossiblity. The Driver scanner began to note various readings on its scanner that were being quickly stored. 'best not transform' Johnathan noted, moving himself back behind a near-by building to record more data.
