Okay, first things first:

• ... You need a face claim. It's the rules. This site might help
  
• Description needs a lot more work, maybe what sort of clothes he wears, how he carries himself, any other markings, scars tattoo's whatever.
  
• I personally think you need a bit more information on the rider forms, maybe detail the weapons appearances, how his armour's shaped etc.
  
• Under Weaknesses and Strengths you have "See Forms", sorry, but I'm not accepting that, add another weakness.
  
• History needs a lot more work.
