  Overview: Though he knows it is to make a living, Eddie is more than willing to help out in fighting black satan.
  
  
  Hero Stuff
  Name: Kamen Rider Voltage
  Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
  Henshin Device: Bolt-Driver.
  Henshin Sequence: before putting the belt on, he use's a built in energy-detector to find any electrical device [street lamps, cars, tv's, batteries (will need a birth-tank full to get a full charge) etc.] and the belt drains the electricity from the electrical device. when the energy levels are fully charged, Eddie puts the belt on. now the most essential part of kamen rider transformations, and most of all, my favorite part: shout "HENSHIN", push any colored button and the transformation begins.
  Forms: Conduction Form, Blade form, Bolt form.
  
  • Form Name: Conduction form (primary form)
    Image/ Description: Green eyes on the helmet with , Yellow suit, Blue armor, lightning bolt streak on the back of the armor. Voltage has outlets electrical outlets on the wrists to absorb electricity with. if Voltage runs out of power than the transformation is canceled.
    Transformation: push yellow button and yellow lightning spreads throughout the body while changing into conduction form
    Fighting Style: Street Melee
    Weapons: None
    Abilities: This is the only form that Voltage can use to absorb electricity like he did before transformation, only instead of charging directly in the belt. it can be done by extending the arm towards the electrical device and do what he did before the transformation. Voltage uses the electricity stored to power his punch's and kicks.
    Finisher(s):
    Rider Voltage Finish: Voltage Charges a small percentage of electricity through his feet to super charge his jump and charges a large percentage to kick the target and send them flying.

    Image/ Description:Blue eyes on the helmet and the mouth piece becomes more thunder-bolt-like. there will be a Red suit with silver armor and gold outlines. with an image of a red sword handle on the back of the armor but the blade is pure red lightning.
    Transformation: push the red button and red lightning spreads throughout the body while changing into blade form
    Fighting Style: Short Range fighting
    Weapons: Voltage sabers
    
    Abilities: electrical outlets discharge electricity from into Voltage's palms and short swords extend from Voltage's wrists as swords.
    Finisher(s): Rider Electro-shock Blade Finish: Voltage runs towards the target impaling the enemy with one blade, throwing him up, and impaling them again with the other and discharging electricity into the enemies body.
    
    
  • Form Name: Bolt form
    Image/ Description: Red eyes on the helmet, antennae become blue lightning bolts. bolt form has a bronze armor with green accents. on the back of the armor will be a blaster with lightning shooting out of it.
    Transformation: press the blue button on the belt and blue electricity surges through the body while transforming into Bolt form.
    Fighting Style: gunslinging and use of some experience with videogame shooters.
    Weapons: The Bolt Blaster
    
    Abilities:can spawn and use the bolt blaster.
    Finisher(s): Rider Thunder-Bolt Finish: Voltage takes the bolt blaster, turns the energy dial to maximum and aims it at the target. Voltage then Fires a huge lightning bolt from the blaster at the enemy.

  Eddie was apart of the american-black satan branch due to birthright since his ancestors have been apart of black satan for generations. but he read god knows how many comic books so he is determined to be the good guy and wanted out of the evil organization. once Eddie got in, he thought to himself: "hmmm how badly could i screw this organization over after they got me drafted in due to family history?" so Eddie did some digging around and found some plans for a new rider belt.
  Eddie thought it would be a good idea to steal that belt and get the hell out of black satan HQ before anyone find's out its missing. it would take alot of precision to do it with success. so he snuck into to the grunt locker room and stole a black satan grunt uniform so he could do some "lab assistance". when Eddie got close to the belt, he found that it was absorbing electricity, figured it needed some juice to power that belt for the transformation work. once that belt hit full charge, Eddie got close enough to steal that belt and transform into kamen rider voltage. Eddie told the black satan scientists the followning: "I'm sick and tired of hearing you guys talking about world domination, saying that you will win a fight against the kamen riders, super sentai, etc. but guess who wins every fight, the good guys. And since you guys took away my childhood, Tell YOUR boss, I quit".
  After getting all that off his chest, Eddie stole a black satan Bike, driving off and flipping off the black satan scientists. Eddie busted out of black satan HQ by switching to Bolt form and going through doors he "opened" with his bolt blaster. Eddie then decided that he would try to help out the other heroes with their enemies. Eddie went through the trouble of getting the belt and making out in one piece, he might as well make good use of it.

  Sample RP Now that Eddie broke out of black satan, he needed to worry about living conditions. Since all his life involved living at black satan, he had no idea where to get a job. Eddie wanted to find a way to find one that would give him enough money to buy a house so he could avoid having to sleep in card-board boxes. After Eddie thought he got far enough from black satan so that he could stop, Eddie decided to stop at a diner with an extra room for rent. to get some food until he could think of a way to make some money for a place to stay. Upon finding a diner, Eddie spotted 3 black satan Grunts awaiting at the Diner.
  "Damn, I've been tracked down. I know these guys are relentless but this is ridiculous." Eddie said as he got the Volt Driver out and drained electricity from a street lamp. Once the belt reached full charge, Eddie put the belt on.
  "HENSHIN!" Eddie pushed the yellow button and transformed into Kamen Rider Voltage's Conduction form. Voltage then grabbed one of the grunts and threw him at a trashcan. 2 of the other grunts took out swords. "Oh, crap. I doubt the Bolt blaster is going to help against swords." Eddie said looking at the Red button on the Volt-Driver. "Please have something i could use."
  Eddie then pressed the red button with the yellow electricity turning red and transforming Voltage into his Blade form, problem is, it is eddies 1st time using Blade form and how to use blade form. Upon seeing the transformation, the Grunt Voltage threw into the garbage took out his sword and charged at Voltage, who put his arm up in defense but spawned a blade from the wrist. "Score!" Voltage grinned as he started blocking the grunts' blades and threw their swords upwards so he could impale all 3 of them, killing the grunts. Eddie looked at the people in the diner as if they thought he was going to kill them next. Eddie just De-henshined back to human form and walked in asking for a job and a place to live, they directed him to an vacant apartment that is free of charge if Eddie could help drive out any black satan agents from the city.

That's not how Vector works. Vector was around longer than Shocker, but that's just not how they operate. The only way any characters defected and survived was because they were already in the field, rather than trying to flee from a base. One character tried and was mortally wounded in the process.
