Overview: Ryan is a very loyal person, always looking out for his sister and the whole of Lightspeed. He is always informed about pretty much everything, and will act on anything he feels needs his help. He will not hesitate to smack someone upside the head of they do something stupid, though.

Henshin Device: The Rescuebird V2
Henshin Sequence: He snaps his fingers and says "Rescuebird!" and the bird launches from the closest Lightspeed base, and alights on his arm. He snaps his fingers again and says "Henshin." and the Rescuebird begins to fly around him rapidly, forming his armor. The Rescuebird the splits apart, with the wings attaching to his back, the extinguisher to his left shoulder, the claw to his right arm, the drill to his right leg, and the injector to his left arm.

Image/ Description: His armor is similar to R1, except for a few things, like the undersuit is red instead of orange, the chest plate has the insignia of Lightspeed instead of R1, and the faceplate of the helmet is red. He has red bracers and greaves with blue trim. He also has the various components of the Rescuebird attached to his armor.

Fighting Style: He prefers to incapacitate his enemy if he can, but if that is not an option, he will go for a quick kill.
Weapons: He has the Rescue Wing, formed by the Rescuebird's wings, which he can detach and attach to his Rider Grip (the handle, but with an R instead of a 1) to form the Rescue Saber(first on the left). He can do the same with the Drill to form Drill Mode(above picture, to the left of Saber Mode), and the injector to form Injector Mode(second from the right). He can fold out the Rescue Claw on his right arm and use that to power up his punches and lift and move large pieces of rubble.
Abilities: He can use the Rescue Wing to fly with the help of the extinguisher. He can use the Rescue Claw to lift heavy objects, and Injector Mode to inject things, like virus cures and vaccines. He uses Drill Mode to cut open things like stuck elevator doors, and uses Saber Mode to chop his way into burning buildings.
Finisher(s): Godspeed Rescue- Unilaser Blast-> The Rescuebird parts detach and reform into the Unilaser(on the left). He holds it out, and says "Fire!" and pulls the trigger, firing five powerful laser beams which destroy the enemy.
Other Equipment:
- The Rescue Chaser- A motorcycle rather similar to the Brigade Chasers, except it has an "R" written over the symbol of Lightspeed on the front.
- Rescuebird V2- His henshin device and main weapon in Rider form, but he can use it outside of Rider form as well.
History
Ryan has had an interesting life. When he was about 4 years old, his family was driving home from their grandma’s house when a semi trailer showed up out of the blue and forced their car off the road. They wound up with Ron hanging from a root, with Dana clinging to his neck and Ryan hanging from his shoe. The specter of Diabolico, one of Black Cross’s generals, appeared and offered to save his son. Ron initially declined, then his shoe came off and Ryan started falling. Ron begged someone to save him, and that someone turned out to be Diabolico, who told him he wouldn’t see him again until his twentieth birthday.
For the next 16 years, Diabolico slowly convinced Ryan that his father cared more about Dana than him, and that he should get revenge. When his twentieth birthday came, Ryan snuck into the Aquabase, stole the then-experimental Titanium Morpher and started blowing sh*t up left and right. It took a surprisingly small amount of effort to convince him to come back, and there was retribution from Diabolico, in the form of a snake tattoo that moved up his back every time he morphed until it reached his neck and killed him. He stopped this by dropping a stone column on the head of a purple cobra demon.
He then left, and wandered for a bit, coming back a few months later when he had learned the secret to sealing Bansheera.
When the raid on Lightspeed occurred, he fought valiantly, but could prevent himself from losing the Titanium Powers (which somehow made their way to Kai Arata). When he learned of his father’s death, Dana and Ryan spread his ashes over the area where the Aquabase once stood. Then Ryan inherited the mantle of Commander of Lightspeed, and he ordered the Rescue Base built. They built it, the Brigade suits were developed, a new team was selected, and all is well. For the moment. (DUH DUH DUH!)

Sample RP: Ryan sat in his office, reading a report, when he heard a knock on the door. "Come in." he said without even lifting his eyes.
The door slid open, and he glanced upward, and saw Dana in her scrubs. "Hey Ryan."
"Hey Dana. What's up?" Ryan asked, putting down the report.
"You know, today is the anniversary of the raid." Dana said.
Ryan turned his seat around and checked the calendar on the wall behind him. Sure enough, it was. He turned around, and asked, "Well, you wanna do something? Maybe go to a restaurant?"
"Yeah, that sounds good." Dana said. "Well, I gotta get back to work. Usual place?"
"Yep." Ryan replied.
"Awesome. Bye." Dana said, and left, and the door slid closed behind her.
