Rei nodded a little, before reaching in her pack to get out the fire-making kit that she carried. Then, she'd set about making a small fire in the middle of their little clearing.

Soon the fire crackled softly, being a unique kind that brought warmth. Rei stood up a little as it burned, and stepped back from it to her bag.

Amaki sat in front of the fire, looking into it, feeling the warmth and smiling. She liked having fires, and it was nicer to have people to share it with.

Rei got out some food for the two of them (no real need to name what it is, though if you have an idea go ahead), and began to fix it, using the fire as well with her cooking equipment.
