After a long twelve hour flight, where she had draped one of her vests over herself, and slept...she woke up as they landed in the airport closest to Tokyo...and got her single bag together, still in her t-shirt and all.
Then she followed the rest of the passengers off the plane, looking around in sheer wonder as she was quite effectively a foreigner in a strange land, and lost.

And so Emily wandered through the airport, managing to keep from getting bumped a lot...as she slowly made her way to the exit. She was indeed like a fish out of water....and was also feeling the effects of jet lag....even though she slept through it. But she held her bag close as she reached down to pick up the little square in her hands.
"Damnit brother, why'd you have to get hurt.." she muttered both sadly and a little annoyed as she walked through the doors and out to the sidewalk where people came to get picked up..

Ayane saw her, assuming that this was Tani. She walked over, intent on getting this done right away. She drew her ShodoPhone just to prove who she was.

Emily was surprised at this and the square thudded back down, landing prominently on her chest as she looked up to properly see who it was...finding it to be an apparently Asian woman with a phone like hers... "You're one of the people that uses these?" she asked in hesitant Japanese, referring to the square.

She smiled, "I was just trying to be certain that you were the new ShinkenGreen," she said, putting her ShodoPhone away, "I'm Kosugi, Ayane. It's nice to meet you," she held a hand out.

Emily could only nod...then fall into silence, looking down at one of her hands briefly before continuing to follow Ayane. It wasn't that she was nervous....she was, but that was calming down...she just didn't know what to say. Of course, it would also be this indecision that caused her to trip on the side of a bench and start to fall towards the floor...
