Whip and Akira both went down as Ochio used his blade to block their shots, and then use water attacks to put them down. The Phoenix was still sealed, but waiting to be released.

[Bridge Carson]

"Hey! Pro!" Bridge growled "You wanna stop that Phoenix don't you!?" He pulled Dekasky down the corridor with him, shooting rapidly behind at the Space Clan's minions.

[Hoji]

"You can keep going." Hoji said, breaking the grip that Bridge had on him, "I'll handle them, and be with you shortly." He drew his D-Sniper up, firing with quick, accurate shots to their heads and vitals, "Just move; I can buy you time with my skill. I don't want these interruptions in a fight with something that dangerous."

[Bridge Carson]

"Got it!" Bridge said, he patted Hoji on the back fairly firmly and ran down the corridor "Give 'em Hell partner!"

[Hoji]

"I'm not your partner!" Hoji snapped, firing on the oncoming warriors again.

[Bridge Carson]

Bridge ignored him, it annoyed him so he might as well keep calling him "partner" he ran up beside Whip and Seiza.
"What are we dealing with?" He asked.

[Jason Grawli]

COSMONS' AI snapped and he lunged foward with considerable speed, setting off a chain of rapid kicks.

[Akira Takiya]

"Ochio." Akira told Bridge, "We couldn't beat him last time, remember?"

Ochio, as Jason approached, threw up walls of water around his body to protect himself.

[Wouldn't the zero-gravity environment disperse it pointlessly? Or is it just Screw the Rules, I'm the Writer?]

COSMOS was thrown back by the sudden water and landed with wet feet on the ground. Swearing in his mind, Jason blacked out while the AI continued fighting.

[Whip Nagara]

Whip tried to use his default form's contract to use thunder and lightning attacks, but the water wouldn't go down. He took a blast to his chest and went down.

Akira opened fire, but his flames couldn't get through. A scythe of water shot out at him, slashing him across the chest, taking him down, leaving a deep scar through his armor.

[Bridge Carson]

Bridge rolled to the floor to try and dodge the water. He aimed his gun at Ochio and started firing heavier blasts at him. He looked at Whip, Akira and the new guy.
"Everyone! Concentrate your fire on his chest, dead-centre! Go!" He called, running forward at the water snake and firing at him.

[Akira Takiya]

Whip changed forms again and fired with his bowgun, while Akira also changed form and unleashed his machinegun spray of energy blasts, waiting for his chance to get at the Phoenix. Akira collapsed to his knees from the pain from the previous attack, almost blacking out.

But he couldn't, not yet.
