Whip sat in his tea house, sipping tea, alone. It was open, but he had no customers. He preferred it that way, at least on this day.
It had been about one week since he had seen that new Space Clan creature with Akira and Bridge. Now he needed to figure out a way to get to the Space Clan and attack first. He feared that the new creature could kill all of them, if the Space Clan properly weaponized it.

"Found you," He said, deciding not to go all "babble-babble-babble-buttery-babble-babble" and seemed kind of calm "How are you?"

Hoji opened the door, "Found you, Officer Carson." He said, closing it behind him, "What is your job as a Dekaranger, now?" He pulled out his SP License and opened it, producing an image of the Thunder Phoenix, "Does it have to do with this?"

Bridge looked up blankly, this guy had come completely out of the blue and asked him a lot of questions really quickly. Noticing that there was an empty void Bridge filled it with a word.
Sadly that word was "Uuuuuuuummmmmmm,"

Hoji muttered under his breath and then showed his golden badge, "DekaSky, Tokkyou member of SPD. My name is Hoji." Hoji said, "Now," he showed his License again with the image of the artificial Space Clan creature, "is this what you're talking about? Is this part of what you were talking about protecting this planet?"

"Space Clan. SPD classifies it as a weapon of mass destruction, if used properly. I've been sent to be sure it can't be used." Hoji answered.
Whip remained silent, listening to them. At least he would probably have help in the form of Hoji as well as Bridge.
