Overview:
Misa is a very smart individual, not necessarily in schoolwork, but very smart in any other ways of technology. She can build extensive hardware (Hexuba) and software designs, and come up with tactics quickly by looking over the enemy analysis. She can without the analysis, but not quite as fast, as she must observe. She wants the school and everyone to be safe, and as such supports the Riders, and allows others to know about everything, to a certain extent, if they can help with the Hexuba armor. She’s kind of OCD about her laptop, not letting others touch it or toy with it. She’s rather weak of body, and very pacifistic, only supporting in the fights. Even if she had to use a Rider system or Hexuba, she couldn’t; it’s not in her to fight in any way.
Other Equipment:

• Cellphone, which has the numbers of those involved in the battles; the Riders and those who know of the fight and use Hexuba.
  
• An advanced watch that hooks into the Hexuba, for status checks from afar.

History

Misa was born to a father who was very involved with technology for his work, and a mother who was an actress in theater. She spent most of her time with her father, with her mother away, from a young age coming to like technology. One day when her mother was having her help rehearse, she learned of the legend of the Tribes, since the play dealt with it.

When she was a freshman at Tokyo Gakuen High School, she found out that the tablet was real, and the principal had it. In order to prepare, she started to build Hexuba and the programs in her laptop along with her watch. She found a janitor’s shed on one side of the campus that was no longer used, but was large enough for her. She started to build Hexuba there, and hooked it up to the school’s power source. It went unnoticed, and so she was ready.

The next school year, it all began, but fortunately, Cruxis was around, along with another Rider to fight the Tribes. She offered her service to them, and has paid attention to see if there are others who might be of use in the fighting.

It was working! Finally, it was working!

She stepped back, looking at the assorted metal pieces lying about. Discarded scraps of a grand project which was finally active. A project which could help the school tremendously, and help the Riders in battle.

If someone could pilot it...

Therein lay the problem. Who could pilot Hexuba? It was a large suit of armor, heavily equipped...

Well, hopefully they could find a user. Or users. Or maybe even one of the Riders would use it someday, if they lost their powers. It was essentially more Rider armor as it was...

Henshin Sequence: The Hexuba user must go to where the armor is stored in an upright standing tank/tube system. They enter, the armor opens up, and the user steps inside. The armor closes around them, and the helmet lowers and seals.

  Transformation: The Hexuba armor is thickly built. It starts out with layered armor at the legs and boots, in a mix of gray, dark and light blue/gray blue. The legs up to the knees are the most thickly armored, the knees a little less so to encompass movement, then thick again up to the waist, where a belt rests with weaponry affixed to it, and allowing for transfer of weapons from the belt buckle, to and from the storage space. His armor on his chest is thick, but is padded on the inside to allow for people not big enough to properly operate it, and pad their bodies. The shoulders are thick and squared off in steel armor, while his arms are very thick, with similar thick armor like his legs from his elbows on down to his gauntlets. The head is designed to be rounded, with a guard over the mouth and a visor in black over it, closed off by the top of the helmet. A “V” antenna comes off, to give it a classic Rider appearance, despite not being a Kamen Rider itself. It can be used for the detecting abilities of the visor.
  Weapons: Small energy pistol, larger energy shotgun, energy machinegun, wrist mounted lasers, rocket launcher to fire up to seven missiles at a time (backpack loaded, comes up over a shoulder, think Launcher from Fourze)
