Overview: Nega is a girl who puts her duty above her personal life... Provided she had one, of course. The fact that she has no memory of her past life has left her with a hole in her heart that is apprehensive toward anyone she meets aside from members of the Foundation. In battle, she focuses solely on her target, not wanting to make the situation any more complex than it already is. However, underneath all that is someone who's desperately looking for her yesterday, even if it means doing the wrong thing.

Henshin Sequence: Nega lets Negataros possess her, and she scans the Rider Pass over the Nega Den-O Belt, transforming her into Nega Den-O.

  Fighting Style: She alters her fighting style depending on what form of the Nega DenGasher she's using. When Negataros is in control, he fights more ferociously than when Nega does.
  Weapons: The Nega DenGasher, which has six different modes: Sword Mode, Rod Mode, Ax Mode, Gun Mode, Handaxe and Boomerang Modes, and Naginata Mode. The mode changes depending on the configuration of the NegaDengasher's four components
  Abilities: She doesn't have any abilities of her own. Her armor and strength is twice as strong as Den-O Sword Form.
  Finisher(s): Full Charge - Holding the pass in front of her belt, it charges for a finisher. She then attacks with whatever form the DenGasher is currently in.

• Nega Den-Liner - an exact replica of the DenLiner Gouka, except that it has tribal of Nega Den-O all over it. In comparison to DenLiner Gouka, the Nega DenLiner's second to fourth cars open up to reveal Gigandeaths. The first car is a laser cannon, the second holds two Gigandeath Hades that fire lasers, the third car holds a small Gigandeath Hell that launches bombs, and the fourth car holds Gigandeath Heaven.

History

A strange girl with no memory of her identity or past, she was found by Foundation X after they discovered that she was a Singularity Point, and they immediately took her in for Imagin research. However, their initial attempts at forging a contract between her and an Imagin ended in failure, and they were almost ready to scrap the project... until they found a perfect match: Negataros. When a successful contract was forged between her and the dark Imagin, the Foundation started work on a belt and train for her to use while in their service, the Nega Den-O Belt and the Nega Den-Liner. It took an entire year to complete the project, and once she recieved her belt, she was assigned to work under Ridge Zen.

Under Ridge's orders, Nega has one objective: To track down other Riders using Imagin, and either bring them in or take them out; either way, the Imagin must be spared.

Sample RP: Nega stepped outside of the Nega Den-Liner along with Negataros and looked around.

"The target is here?" the Imagin asked his partner.

Nega nodded. "Yes. The Imagin we're searching for is here," she told him, before spotting it not too far away. "And luckily for us, it's already waiting for us."

"Then we shall make it quick," Negataros said before possessing her, changing Nega's hair red with a lock of black, and her eyes pitch-black. She then swung the Nega Den-O Belt around her waist and took out her Rider Pass.

"Henshin," she said, in a combination of her and Negataros' voice, swiping the Rider Pass over the belt and transforming her into Nega Den-O. "This one will make a great research subject, wouldn't you agree?" Nega asked before charging at the Imagin, Den-Gasher in hand.

If a Singularity Point lost their memory it would cause the timeline to be wiped. A Singularity Point's memory can destroy and repair time, but only by using their memory.
