Overview: Jasmine is a femme fatale among Psycho-Shocker, fearless, arrogant, yet surprisingly genre-savvy. She does look out for Kiriha, regarding the little details, and is incredible in pleasure environments. She has no mercy for the weak, and is ruthless in battle, a powerful dirty fighter.

Type Of Villain:"Anti-Kamen Rider."
Henshin Device:Phantom Belt - A black and white henshin belt with a spinning yellow N in the middle.
Henshin Sequence: She pulls her shirt up to reveal her belt, and her midriff at the same time. Then, the armor forms. She pulls her helmet down, snapping the mouthpiece into place.

Fighting Style:Blends a brutal but elegant fighting style, using her agility and flexibility to full advantage, while also able to connect with short, brutal punches and kicks.
Weapons:Psycho Sling - Her signature weapon that fires energy blasts.
Psycho Sniper - A sidearm she has, combines to form the Sling Sniper Custom, with a scope on top.
Psycho Riser - attaches to her left arm, and grants her the ability to perform one of her finishers, in addition to shooting yellow beams, and increasing the power channeled into the above weapon for its own finisher by one and a half times.
Abilities:As a remodeled human, she has increased stats all around, and can move in a Yellow streak of light as a Psycho.
Finisher(s): Phantom Crush - With the Sling Sniper Custom, this is charged up, and fired at the enemy.
Riser Chop - Using the Psycho Riser, she delivers a devastating energy blade chop to the enemy.
Riser Kick - Using "3" on the Psycho Riser twice, she channels power from it into a Rider Kick that has a good amount of power behind it.

History
Her childhood is the same as the HH Jasmine's, except for how she took her powers. She was a bit of a ... problem child in school, getting in fights, and getting in trouble. Her powers did almost drive her to commit suicide at the age of 20, after graduating at the bare minimum needed two years earlier...amid a turbulent lifestyle afterwards. She was saved however, by a very hot man that would soon become her calling in life to help, fully willing and all.
It was a rainy night...she was just plodding in the street...figuring that she'd die sooner or later. Four boys came up to her and started jeering and making fun of her...and one of them thought it'd be funny to push her into the path of the car. As she thought she was going to die, she was saved...and watched in amazement as the four boys were killed. Having no where else to go, she followed him after that.
Two years later...she would do the same for a young French woman, who was similarly assaulted by other women for being different and being hotter than them...and Jasmine came along to stop that in its tracks. The young woman was shy, and not sure of her place in life, even though she had killer looks. This was perfect, for Jasmine's plan of having a pet...or love slave...and she gave her the red Zodiart switch...and began to train her.

Sample RP: Psycho Yellow strode through a police barricade, while her comrades were fighting in other sections of the city. She took her time...gripping one officer by the neck, and tossing him into three of his fellows. A kick from her would send another officer flying into a few more of his comrades.
Then she spoke. "You boys have got exactly five seconds to start running." Panic began to ensue among them as she drew her Psycho Sling, and aimed at one of the cars. "Five....Four....Three....Two....One....Time's .... Up." she said, before firing.
The massive explosion that ensued from an energy blast to the engine block, served to send those who hadn't gotten far enough away, crashing to the ground, while Psycho Yellow just walked through it.
