Overview:
Kiriha is incredibly cocky, sly and manipulative. Very smart and clever, he’s a skilled leader in the arts of politics and war. He sees everything as pieces for his own amusement and manipulation, playing the role of the chess master, which would work if he wasn’t bored by this. He would rather be out in the field himself. He has a love of wine, women, and he loves being in power. He hates marriage, as it makes things harder for him to get women, as they’re more…resisting. He’s not the strongest fighter, on purpose, but he’s fast and agile, which he values over power any time.

History
Born to a moderately well-to-do family, Kiriha always had the money that he needed. The money didn't spoil him, and he insisted that it be used on tutors and the like, seeing a higher IQ as being more important than material needs. Over the years, his intellect grew considerably, and his views on the world started to change as he traveled, went to a sheltered life, traveled, and so on over the years, as his parents let him do as he wished starting at the age of 10.
He eventually assumed that he was to be the person to save mankind after seeing how horribly people treated each other, after seeing some wars happen in other countries. But around this time, he started to feel weak and sick. The best doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with him; he was dying.
After graduating at the age of 17, he went straight into medical school, in an attempt to save people, become the savior of mankind, and save himself. His peers always hated him, as in high school. He was too good, and believed he could find a way to save himself, to save many people, as he started to grow weaker.
One day, as he was leaving, he was surrounded by men in black uniforms. He tried to use his fighting skills - tutored many years ago, making him an accomplished fighter - but their numbers in the ambush overtook him.
He would come to learn that these people were the remnants of Shocker, led by Shinigami Hakase. He was remodeled into a Kaizo Ningen, this one being Psycho Silver. He broke free of the mental conditioning that kept him subservient, overtaking the growing remnants of Shocker and making it his own, declaring himself the Great King of Psycho-Shocker. He may not be controlled, but he kept the traits he was given, becoming a dark, cruel man. He also let the Kaizo Ningen who watched over him alive, keeping Bat as his pet of sorts, and experimenting on him to make him also a Dragon of sorts to Kiri’s Big Bad status (yay Tropes).
He made Hakase create the other Psychos, and slowly built up his forces, recruiting Narutaki as well into their organization. He soon set his sights on the Nexus of the worlds, desiring it, so that they would win. However, he had mixed feelings. He enjoyed the fights, the struggles that he planned out. But, in a war, one must take the king out to end the resistance.
This was the king.

Sample RP:
He sat in his engraved, elegantly designed throne, with one leg draped over the other as he leaned down, looking at a display hovering before him of the field. He saw the units moving; his men. His Kaizo Ningen and Metahumans. He saw the enemy Rider and Senshi forces trying to reform their lines alongside whatever allies they had found. Whatever primitive military this world had.
His touch on the holographic display would relay orders. He drew lines with his finger, allowing his men in the field to see what he desired done. Sending one unit of Kaizo Ningen along one side to flank and be destroyed, while sending a Metahuman squad the other way, to also be destroyed. He would then force his men to pull back. The enemy had fought them in a mountainous area by retreating there. He would make use of it as well.
He ordered his men to peel to the sides, into crevices and hiding spots as the bulk pulled back. As the enemy would pull forward, his men would resurge forward, and flank them by emerging. The flanks would be destroyed, he knew, on both ends. They would expect something, but enough men were to remain to see to it that it worked out.
The surge wouldn’t be very useful. They would retreat too far back, into a pass. They would be slaughtered as they came. That was the point.
Aerial warriors would head up from the chaos, while burrowers would dig down, bringing enough men into the opening behind the enemy army. The aerial men would rain down hell, distract, the ground men would cause cave-ins to make the enemy lose footing and be crushed, while the retreated men – survivors – would rush in, while the main force would attack from behind.
It would be over. This was but the first battle of this world, too. There would be more fun to be had.
