(Just as a random idea, and the major city can be any particular one)
The outdoorswoman walked down the streets of one of the major cities, having arrived via plane, and having one duffel bag over her shoulder. She had set out to explore a new part of this planet, but had found that it didn't have a lot of natural beauty left in this megalopolis-dotted land..

When Marcel - the demon - saw that woman, he felt some sort of power. A perhaps threatening power? Was there anything that could threaten him?
He didn't like the thought, so he went after her.

Her hike through the streets continued, seeing so many people milling about but nodding slowly as this what the Light wanted... a peaceful area. She walked a bit further, the Evoltruster pulsing once in her pocket but her demeanor did not change...if whatever Dark energy the device sensed wanted to show itself to her, it would.

After a little while, Rei leaned against the side of a building in the middle of a hill going up, and opened up her map, looking at it calmly.

"Hey ..." Ezekiel said leaning on the wall next to her "... I've been thinking about what you said ..."
He'd actually been looking for a demon that he'd heard was walking around here, but talking to Rei couldn't hurt much.

Ezekiel was just staring straight ahead, in the back of his head he was trying to find the demon. Still looking ahead, he took out a little plastic capsule and held it up.
"I found a way out ..." He told her.

Rei nodded a little and turned back to the map, eyeing the capsule with her peripheral vision. "And what is this way out?" she asked calmly

"It's a disease codenamed "Silver Bullet"," Ezekiel explained "Azrael wants me to modify it so that it'll kill every kaijin on the planet, but I reckon I can use it to take away the Horsemen's abilities, or at least negate Oculus Cruor ..."

"Well, what resources do you need exactly?" Rei asked, toning her voice down a little bit and putting her map away, leaving one hand inside her jacket while the other tapped her chin a bit. Combined with having one foot up against the building and the other on the ground, it made for a cute pose.

Ezekiel looked at her, smiled like a nervous teenager and then looked back out to the street (going slightly pink).
"I need orphnoch cells, but I don't know how to get some," He told her.
