William descended into Damien's lair, he was still getting used to the speed the elevator went and he had to remind himself not to throw up every time he got onto the elevator. He smiled at Damien, "Hey Detective how are you?" he asked.

William licked his lips and thought how to proceed with this, Damien had to know that there was someone evil within the ranks of the police, even if Jerome was a former one Damien had the right to know, "Damien do you know a police officer by the name of Jerome Endon?" he asked.

William exhaled as he ran his hand over his head, "Well...I'm not sure how to break this to you but...I met Jerome in America a couple months back and...have you heard anything about an organisation called SHOCKER?" he asked.

"So you've figured it out" William said with a sigh, "yeah he's joined SHOCKER as Kamen Rider 2...I fought with him in America and he had just destroyed the Statue of Liberty...got away from me though in the end."
