Overview:
Adam Savage has a semi Hyper-active individual, capable of making rash and unplanned decisions that can lead to failures at a very high level. At frequent points he has shown his tendency for pyromania and resulting in damages estimated in the hundreds of thousands. Finally it should be noted that a constant supply of sugar is required in order to prevent severe irritability.

A fusion between the Gaia-Memory style Lost driver and the K-Touch. The components of the driver consist of a duplicated Lost driver with a touch screen data-module affixed in place of the second driver slot. Being a prototype unit the Alteris Lancer memory is fused with the driver.
Henshin Sequence: To transform the Rider must simply press the touchpad –inaugurating a similar transformation to any Gaia Memory based Kamen rider.

  Like its successor the Lancer contains a large crystalline semi sphere –in which the particle reactor is contained. Supporting this are a pair supports encase the user’s chest. Additional to basic armour, emblazoned silver armour components have also been added including; Gauntlets and both shoulder and knee components.

  • Proteus Lance: Based upon a large jousting lance –the weapon was created using the same material used to protect its core. Fitted into the tip is a retractable cover used to expose a particle cannon.
    
  • Wrist mounted blade: Fitted to both of the gauntlets lies a pair of retractable blades –used to deal with close range targets.
    
  • Particle Pistol: A prototype of the weapon later fitted to the Dynames memory: this weapon can fire rapid fire or overcharged shots at a target.

• Resonance: This requires the user the tap the data-pad following transformation, resulting in increased particle production. And thanks to recent innovations of mental impulse detection the power transfer can be implemented without additional voice commands.

History

Born into a rich family. From an early age he was given the best education where he was shown to be a gifted child. Gaining an edge over his other class-mates he because top of his class in the various sciences. Dubbed as a child prodigy he went onto study particle physics and later creating the thesis of the particle reactor.
Following his graduation from Yale, Adam participated in various research projects and later took money from his parents to found Line Ark. And since this point he has continued to develop and perfect the technology he created during his university days –at this point deciding his dream to see a Line Ark developed craft into space.

Sample RP: Standing upon a large gangway that connected the landing pad of Noblesse Oblige and the primary control centre of Line Ark stood Adam Savage. A look of anger plastered across his face as he watched Alteris’ operator being pulled into the facility via a stretcher. It would take a significant period for him to recover –that and the pressing concern of irradiation now loomed over his mind.

Turning to renter the data centre he took the intuition of redeploying Oblige via the Domain, after all the local area would have to be cleansed of high levels of radiation. Moving past the various technicians that poked at various data readings he pulled free the Lancer Driver from its mounting and turned to depart.

Name:Kamen Rider Shotgun
Henshin Device/Sequence:A duplicated Lost-Driver fused with the touchscreen data-module. It unlike its sister units were not developed to use the Alteris-style weapon systems.

• Form Name:Shotgun
  Appearance:Much like most double riders it holds the same basic shape and head. With the shoulder and wrist sections being bulkier. The chest area holds a large belt –akin to Eternal’s to hold its other memories. A large clamp is attached to the right leg which holds the shotgun. Finally it has a black cape.
  
  The unit is crimson in colour with darker accents and a black cape.

• Quad-barrelled shotgun: A bulky shotgun with slots for four Gaia-Memories along with the shotgun memory. When fired it uses either the Shotgun’s own energy or the memories inside the weapon to fire four bolts of energy at a target.
  Finisher(s):
  
• Maximum Drive: When the Shotgun’s Maximum drive is active: Large amounts of energy flow into the shotgun for a powerful blast.
  
• Glorious Blast: When four memories have been inserted into the shotgun. Maximum drive is triggered to fire an overcharged blast at the target –the result leading to the shotgun powering down.

• Plasma Memory:A luminous Blue memory –its surface is marked with the image of a fireball. When fired from the shotgun it creates blobs of super-heated plasma

Personality: A calm and collected individual who has enjoyed the free flights provided by Line Ark to enjoy the various site. As a Data worker of Line Ark he normally wishes to work alone –due to desire not to be left with one of the science teams. He is shown to be very irritable at times, this normally shown when left with Richard McKay without the supervision of others.

History:Born into a military family Alexander was sent for basic training before being Honourably discharged following a riot which lead to him being severely wounded by a dopant. Line Ark later hired him to act as a data worker- procuring data on various artefacts and technologies. He is one of Line Ark’s most effective operators outside the science department.

Over the years he has developed an understanding of Gaia Memories and was recently allowed to conduct research into devices to great success –a notable example being the pistol Adam savage carries.

Sample:The lowest level of Line Ark’s laboratories were filled with the constant whirling of various machines. Sitting at the very heart of this mess was Richard McKay and Alexander McGuire. “That’s not going to work!” McKay stated dryly much to annoyance of his target.

“If you have any better ideas why don’t you tell me” Replied an irritable Alexander as he altered one of the prototype ’Mode Cores’ –Intended to phase out or be integrated into the pre-existing memories available to them.

“Hey-Hey! Those are some very sensitive parts your messing wit-“ Richard paused when he saw the barrel of a pistol.

”LEMON” Announced the devices internal system, Alex smirked as he watched his observer’s face pale.

Name:Alteris Zero
Henshin Device/Sequence:A compact wrist band that holds a slot for a device similar to that of micro USB drive. To active the driver the Form Memory Is inserted and the transformation begins.
Forms:

• Form Name:Alteris Zero
  Appearance: The Alteris form consist of a large, bulky chest with a large crystalline core surrounded by armour plating that curves in towards the operators body. The Shoulders of the unit are large and bulky with large flat upper-surfaces to act as a docking point for armour. The wrist/gauntlet sections have an increased metal plating much like that of birth’s, the same being said for its legs as well. Colouring of the Alteris consists of a light grey for its armouring, whilst white covers the remaining components; this is due to this being an incomplete form devoid of the additional armour and weaponry.
  The units head is highly mechanical but still retains a near human look and the various sensors to give the user increased awareness of surroundings.
  
  
  Transformation:The form memory is inserted in the wrist band and the armour is summoned.

Personality:An arrogant individual that only believes in his own methods and research. He thinks himself as the most competent individual in Line Ark –wither this is true is debateable. It should be noted he works best under pressure to come up with ingenious solutions. Not acquainted with combat he is known to have suffered panic attacks and uses the Alteris Zero armour to flee in most cases

History: McKay was born in Canada . He wanted to become a concert pianist, but when he was twelve, he was asked by his teacher to quit, since he was described as a fine clinical player, but had no sense of the art. McKay claimed to have won an award for his acting skills as a kid and could have made a career out of it, but chose not to. In grade six, McKay built a non-working Nuclear warhead for the science fair. This prompted a visit from the CIA.

During the years of his education, he earned two PhDs in Physics and Mechanical Engineering. He has a sister –another talented scientist. However the two have not spoken in many years since a major argument.

He was hired by Line Ark where he oversaw the construction of Noblesse Oblige. At present he is researching Core medals and possible methods of developing additional units- however lack of data and materials has led to him researching other fields such as the design seed. He has also designed the Alteris Zero driver during this time and is researching possibilities into mass production.

He is mortally allergic to citrus and saw it banned from all Line Ark foods.

“Particle density is reaching red-line, critical mass will be reached in 20 seconds” Announced an Analyser as the oversized particle drive centred in the Hub of Line Ark was pushed beyond its limits. Atop the observation platform stood a pair of Line Ark Analysers along with Richard McKay, observing the spectacle whilst receiving the flood of data from the various equipment via ’Domain’.

“Commence insertion of entities 1-20” He instructed, well aware that time would be limited –the risk of the particle reactor melting ever present. The sudden click of various blast doors altered him to the lock-down of the reactor chamber. Sighing to himself Richard pulled free the mode core of Alteris Zero and inserted it into the wrist mounted driver.

“Henshin”

His body vanished, replaced with the armoured from that would keep him safe. An alarm, followed by various warnings from ’Domain’ altered him to the core medal duplicates insertion into the reactor. “The things I do for science”

Name:Kamen Rider Spitfire
Henshin Device/Sequence:A curved, bulky belt that contains a large slot for a spherical device. Alongside this is a control panel with an assortment of switches used for additional weapons. The Spherical device sports a transparent dome exposing various vacuum tubes and a crystal in the centre- when in combat this rotates to expose an armoured secondary dome.
Forms:

• Form Name:Spitfire
  Appearance:A figure tightly wrapped in a trench coat, the rider takes the form of a clichéd spy. Behind this lies very bulky armour that covers a majority of the user’s body. The users helmet is that of a large polarised faceplate with no other notable features. A hat is normally placed atop the helmet in order to hide a secondary optical sensor installed by Line Ark.
  Built into the right arm is a secondary control panel for the optional systems.
  Transformation:The Rider flips the red switch on the belt and the armour take form. In order to disengage the system or engage the camouflage the rider taps a secondary switch located on the right arm.
  Weapons and Abilities:
  
• Blazing Chains: Various sets of cables that can be launched by the armour and suspended in the air in an almost floating manner. These cables can be deployed when the Rider snaps his fingers.
  
• Hidden Blades: Hidden in the armour’s wrist sections are a pair of retractable blades that can be used against a target.
  
• Sniper Rifle: An option Rifle that is attached to the back armour.
  
• Dual Pistols: Optional high-powered pistols that fire explosive rounds.
  
• Active Camouflage: A very weak camouflage field capable of making the user invisible for 30 seconds –however weapons fire or fast movements will disrupt this.
  Finisher(s): Finishers disabled due to the age of the device.

Inside Stuff
Personality:A very loyal individual with the patients of a saint. Alfred is dedicated to his work with Line Ark. During his time as an assassin he took multiple trophies –including the Head of Kamen Rider Kafer. He has collected a number of other items –much to the dismay of Adam. However when provoked or attacked Alfred has shown to be very threatening and exceedingly irritable.

History:Serving as an assassin for a majority of his early years; Alfred has procured many contacts over the years along with the Spitfire driver. Showing great commitment to his work he saw the elimination of over 40 high priority targets. In his later years he was the first to volunteer for genetic and cybernetic enhancement at the hands of Line Ark which has increased his life span. As payment he works as a butler and data worker, travelling the world –at the expense of Line Ark.

The rattle of machine gun fire echoed passed a lone figure moving through battered streets with what appeared to be garrotte wire in hand. Turning from side to side the figure scanned the area. “You can’t hide forever Kafer!” He yelled aloud, aware his last attack had done significant damage to the other rider. Flipping one of the arm mounted switches he summoned one of the pistols.

The blood trail had lead him to a narrow street which appeared to have been struck with a bomb, sighing to himself. “You really are a pain” He muttered, snapping his fingers to deploy the cabling, the blood lead towards a cement pillar. “I really wish you’d stop it!” He spat, using the cabling to slice through the cement and wrap around his target.

Kafer’s armour sparked, various gouges peppering the plating –the operator pushed to his limits as additional cables smashed into and wrapped around his body. Alfred sighed, pulling a lever attached to his arm, retracting the multiple cables he’d deployed with significant force.

Also, your Rider form for Shotgun could use some expanding on what it looks like. For the character himself, you might want to write down his clothes and stuff, instead of just saying to look at the picture.
