Overview:
Liam is a man who is a cold, serious soldier on the job. As a soldier, as a police officer when the military disintegrated, and now a Ranger Operator. He finds solace in the job, helping others, since he couldn’t be helped, and since he’s lost others important to him as well. He doesn’t want people to lose their loved ones. He despises himself for what he is because of Venjix, and tries to live on normally, but that’s an issue at times. He’s willing to help anyone in need, anyone who needs anything, as he sees it as part of the duty as a soldier and officer of the law. He’s an impeccable shot and trains hard, never letting himself get slack. He prefers not to be the negotiator, but can do it. But due to the war at Corinth, his skills have broken down.

History
Liam was born in Corinth (or the city that became Corinth, if that’s the way this is going) and grew up there. He attended a police academy there, deciding to do that with his life; to help people. He saw his father as a soldier and fight in the Gulf War, wanting to be like him. He signed up for the military, serving in Iraq briefly after having his police training. He came home in 2005 and started working for the police.
When Venjix attacked, he joined the Corinth military and fought back with his training. He did very well in the initial battles, but was lost when everyone fell back to the dome. He was taken by Grinders, and was experimented upon in a different way, as an experiment of sorts.
He was made into a direct cyborg; not just implanted. He was going to be sent back as a sleeper, but his will overpowered the process, so he was sent back knowing everything, no sleeper. He continued to fight, but kept his nature a secret until it was all over. He went to Doctor K afterwards and had himself checked out. He was fine, and was told what to do with himself. Not that he listened, despising his own nature.
He was selected later on to be a Ranger Operator when he was mortally wounded by Rene Bede. His suit was built differently; making use of his cyborg nature, rather than the normal way. He now fights as a Ranger Operator and as a military man in whatever capacity he can.

“Put your hands up!” he shouted, but he strange woman in the dress just smiled. Her Morpher was obvious on her wrist; a silent threat of sorts.
“Make me,” she said, smiling broader.
“I will shoot you,” Liam told her.
“I don’t fear you,” she said, reaching her hand slowly for her Morpher to activate it. He shot, just grazing her left arm, causing her to cry out.
“I said put your hands up!” he shouted, “The next one is your head!”
She slowly lifted her arms, but then jumped aside. His shot just missed. She slid, transforming into the White Drago Ranger and slashed her dagger out, sending a wave of energy daggers crashing through his armor, impaling him multiple times.
“You’re a fool,” she told him, walking over and smiling down through her helmet at him. She walked on, leaving him to die.
