Overview: Joe can come across as a bit of an oddity. He can be fairly critical of some things, especially food and games. As an artist, he has an active imagination, but this sometimes gets the better of him, and he starts dreaming up impossible scenarios. He enjoys cooking for other people, often coming up with some unusual dishes to serve. He has an interest in conspiracy theories and spiritual appearances, which he is thankful for, because if he didn't, he would never have met the Ventaran Riders.

Henshin Sequence: Joe holds the Deck up to a mirror, making the V-buckle materialize around his waist. He calls "Kamen Rider" and slots the Deck into the V-buckle. The Deck spins around in the V-buckle. Orange circles of energy then appear out of the sides of the V-buckle and circle Joe, making the Incisor armor appear.

History
Joe was born to a simple, working-class family in Brooklyn. His family was fairly poor, so they couldn't afford for him to go to a good school, so instead, he was sent overseas to Japan to be educated. He stayed there until he was 12, then he returned with a newly-ignited passion for art. When he was 15, Joe was shown a photograph of a person walking past a mirror, with a few strange creatures following them.
Over the years that followed, Joe's family hit a fortune. They won the lottery, earning $1,000,000, and Joe's father was promoted. The family were now millionaires, and bought another house in another state. They told Joe that he would live there, when he was old enough. Joe continued to hone his art skills, even starting up his own blog to show off his art.
When Joe hit 22, he left his family's house and moved into the one that they had bought him. He decided to draw as a career, setting up a website to sell his art and get commissions. Over the years that he stayed there, he began to notice strange things. People disappearing into mirrors. Joe began to investigate further, stumbling upon the theory of Ventara on another blog. He began to dig deeper into the theory, trying to find some inkling of truth in it. He was determined to find out if Ventara was real, and what exactly it was.
OOC Stuff
Anything Else: Initially, he's going to start out without the Incisor Deck, aiding the Ventaran Riders in any other ways he can. When Eubulon is eventually found, Joe will become Incisor.

"And...just...THERE!" Joe shouted as he finished a drawing. The drawing in question was one of a woman in strange armor, which was reminiscient of a bat, and holding a sword. Joe picked up the paper and put it on his scanner. The scanner went straight to work, scanning the picture into the computer. The picture immediately uploaded to Joe's blog, waiting for Joe to add a description and comments to it.
Joe let the machine work as he walked over to his wall. The wall was covered with pictures and reports pertaining to the Ventara theory that he was now so fascinated by. He was determined to unravel the mystery behind these pictures, and find out if Ventara existed, and if it did, where it was and how to get there.
His computer bleeped, and Joe sat down and began to type at the keyboard. This is what most people seem to think a Kamen Rider looks like. This seems to be their commanding Rider. No-one knows the exact details of how the Kamen Riders work. On a side note, I think I'm close to a breakthrough, but you'll have to wait to find out what it is.
